Koda learned so much so quickly in her classes. Abby made everything easy to understand and gave us practical tools we could use at home, which made a huge difference. Watching him grow more confident each week was the best feeling. She also gave wonderful recommendations on PetSmart products and future classes that were actually helpful, not just random suggestions. One of her recommendations led us to enroll Koda in another group class where he met his lifelong puppy friends. That meant so much to us. Also, she said she called and texted, but I had my phone on me because I was waiting for my dog and this was a new groomer to us, so I was ready. I called at about 3 hrs & very politely began to ask if she was ready, when she snapped at me saying that the groomer needs a 45 minute break by law. I told her no problem and asked about how much longer. After giving her more than another 45 min. that she had stated she needed, I called again. She then said she'd been calling me, but I didn't get a single call or text. She then raised the original price from $70 to $75. At this point I didn't care. I just wanted my dog. My dog had NEVER come out looking like this. I couldn't believe how poor the grooming was. That night I found a cut on her paw. I wanted to support small local business, but I won't be back.

Even when I'm connected directly to the internet rather than Wi-Fi, the cameras still appear blurry. I just wish the cameras in the play areas were a bit clearer.
