At 12:09, the door opened, and another customer was leaving. The time we were waiting, we thought no one was here. Due to the lateness, the aesthetician should have kindly apologized and let us know that she was still with a customer and would be doing our service soon. This time, it was not a good experience. I felt uncomfortable, and she was not friendly enough to get me in relax mode. In the future, I will stick with making my appointment with Danielle. The good thing is they did give a $10 credit. She also made sure I was super comfortable and that I loved the eyebrow shape before we started. I was never scared to voice my reservations or ask her for her input. This photo is right after the first session, and she did so good! ESPECIALLY since I literally have 0 hair on my left eyebrow due to my alopecia.
