I was not given a doctor's name at the time of making the appt, rather I was told by your receptionist when I handed her the tablet, that my doctor was a male (not female) and that he was running a little behind. That was fine. I was also told when I made the appt that I would be getting a full set of xrays at this appt as well as meeting with the doctor. If I had 2 people in front of me (again, information given by your receptionist) then I would be there for quite a while longer, after sitting there since about 11:10. I let the receptionist know I was leaving and she repeated there were only 2 in front of me and they should be quick. I thanked her but let her know finding somewhere closer to home would be better for me. Not a single person was called back to the doctor or left the building while we all waited. It was not just about the time spent but also the time I had in front of me to wait.
