Found this place using Yelp and decided to try it out because of its affordable prices. I ordered a 30 min full body and 30 min foot massage (combo #4) for my boyfriend and I after taking my MCAT exam. PROS: -No wait time -Affordable prices -Kind staff -Offers a couples area for couples who get massages together for no additional cost -Hot stones used for full body massage -Full body massage was my favorite CONS: -Communal room for foot massages -Couples area is a closed off "area" with curtains, not a room with walls TIPS: 1. Wear shorts for foot massage (I wore tights and it was hard to roll them up). Not necessary for the full body massage as they massage you through a linen sheet on your bottom half, but I still recommend shorts for better experience. 2. The full body massage is topless for males and females (no bra). 3. If you have a gender preference, make sure to say that when you make your appointment not once you get there (I wanted a female, but ended up with a male) 4. Recommend being showered prior to your massage because they use lots of oils on your skin, the oils are good for your skin, felt bad having to wash them off afterwards. 5. 8/5/18: I got the 30 min for reflexology and 30 in deep tissue. $30 cash. I had Annie this time. She was good, but didn't use enough pressure even when I asked her to specifically asked to focus on my lower back she rubbed it for 20 seconds, then moved on. She didn't massage my arms or hands and my foot reflexology massage had very little pressure and not enough focus. I guess u should have requested someone who used pressure. My mistake. She was nice and professional. But I next time I'm asking for Linda. She did not disappoint. read more

I've been going to Instep Massage for about a year now and I have to say their service is fantastic and they have the best prices in town. I have a lot of pain in my lower back so I tell the masseuse where to concentrate and they work on relieving the pain. All the masseuse here have years of experience and are good, but I highly recommend Sophia; she always takes her time and makes sure to apply the correct amount of pressure on the right spots. I usually get the one hour body massage which includes hot stone treatment, but sometimes when I can feel extra pain I opt for CBD, it might be a little extra but well worth it. If you have an injury like I did one time let the front desk know so they can give the masseuse advance notice. Instep Massage is very professional and prefect to go relax and get your aching muscles worked on especially after working out or a hard day at work. So when I showed up for my couples massage and saw the outside of the shop and the gritty neighborhood...I was having a shady feeling. When we got inside, everything changed. It's clean, the people are very nice, it's a little noisy because all the single massages are done in one room divided by dark high cubicle style dividers, it sounds sketchy but really it's not. Parking is ample and the hours are great, 10-10, 7 days a week. I will likely go more consistently since it was so easy to book. I highly recommend the CBD massage!
