Before I tell you about how amazing Balboa Flooring and Kitchen is, I need explain that I am an extremely finicky obsessive perfectionist. All my friends and family call me asking for referrals for everything because they know if I'm satisfied with anything they will buy those products or hire those contractors. Anyone working on a kitchen or bathroom project can go to here for absolutely everything they need! I'm only sorry I didn't find out about them at start of my project. Any company can be good when the merchandise arrives in good shape. The true test is when they order from a supplier and items come in damaged. I bought about 80 cabinet pulls only one of the 4 sizes had issues. Unfortunately that was majority of my pulls size. Let me tell you 99.9% of people would not have noticed the slight blemishes I noticed. Harry Gary and Rob are amazing they kept reordering boxes and boxes of this particular size pull until I could get enough for my project. They called to notify manufacturer that something was wrong with that particular size pull. Most places in my lifetime experience would say " that's how these come they look fine" "Go somewhere else". Not these amazing guys they said they want to please me! They didn't care about the bottom line of them incurring charges of shipping and money lost from getting the product. You MUST go to their beautiful store packed with everything! One stop shop! They replaced our kitchen and master bathroom cabinets, counters and bathroom flooring, tile and shower, repainted, repaired, etc. What a beautiful and professional job! His people (mostly) showed up when they were supposed to, and the job was completed in 5 weeks - much quicker than friends' having similar work done by other contractors. Harry gave great advice, didn't sweat changes, threw in a new kitchen sink because he thought our old one wouldn't look great. When you are looking for knowledge and honesty, this is your place. Following water damage to my floors, I was told by several contractors that I needed to remove and replace my tile flooring. I went to Balboa Flooring and Kitchen and met with Rob in the showroom. He showed me options and patiently explained the pros and cons of various products while pointing out the design element and functionality of each. Harry came to my home to measure square footage and told me that based on his experience my floors did not have the damage other contractors had claimed and I did not need to replace my tile. After not hearing back I called and still they were looking. I said never mind can I get a estimate to remodel my kitchen. We set up a date and time. When the day came no one showed up. I called and was told they inadvertently forgot our appointment. He showed up a half an hour later, measured and said he would call me with the estimate the next day. To this day I never heard back.
