We had gone to another local store and decided what we wanted but the quote we were given was higher than I thought it should be. The other store's quote made me pause and get a second opinion. What a terrific flooring store! We had a flood in our home due to the huge rainstorms in L.A. last year when our outside drains failed, and water poured into the house. Arsen and the crew there were very efficient in finding us replacement engineered wood that was almost exact to what we had in the home from probably 15 years ago (not easy, since our flooring was long discontinued!). Very helpful and pleasant to work with also. We'll be coming back of course to buy the base moldings and other things that had gotten ruined.
