Both he and Logan made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process from exploring concepts together, helping me pick jewelry, decide what type of piercing to do and where, and actually doing the piercing. The studio and the piercer's sanitation processes were top notch. The piercing process was as painless as possible and the communication throughout the entire process made it easy and comfortable. I made a call during my break and was immediately given an appointment, they were so accommodating and patient with me when I came in and gave me different options for more conservative jewelry for work. And bless both of their souls, they stayed a little bit past closing and didn't pressure me into buying something I wasn't sure would be approved. Also, Cat did an awesome job when I first got my piercings with my boyfriend, he now has a nostril ring and I have a vertical labret which we got done about 3 years ago on our first Christmas together. Both have healed wonderfully, especially given the sensitive area mine is in. And mind you, I STRUGGLED to take my jewelry off, I used gloves, bare *washed* hands, and even a paper towel to try and take off my previous bar and when it was switched, it was so effortless and painless, I almost didn't tell when the retainer went in.
