I have been to this shop multiple times and have been helped by Mason and Logan each time. I've always had an amazing experience. They explain all the information and pros and cons of potential decisions very clearly, never make you feel rushed, and give you honest advice in your best interest, even when it's at the cost of them making more money. And most importantly they are incredibly kind and make the process fun! I got my third ear lob piercings done by Mason over a year ago and had a great experience throughout the piercing process. Both he and Logan made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process from exploring concepts together, helping me pick jewelry, decide what type of piercing to do and where, and actually doing the piercing. The studio and the piercer's sanitation processes were top notch. The piercing process was as painless as possible and the communication throughout the entire process made it easy and comfortable. Even though I don't live close to this shop and there are other piercing studios nearby to me, I wanted to come to Rainbow Piercing to help me when I had an issue with my naval piercing because I knew I could trust them. Mason helped me again today when I couldn't get my navel piercing put back in. I had left my jewelry out for a week and I couldn't install it into the piercing by myself because the piercing had collapsed and trying to put the a piece in was painful, really tight, and dangerous to do by myself. They walked me through the process and were able to quickly and sanitarily install a piece into my piercing using a tapered tool. Once again, he made me feel very comfortable with knowing what to expect and making it happen as painlessly as possible. The owner Rose pierced my nose, and both my daughter's ears. My 16 year old got her second lobe piercings, my 19 year old got her double helix. Rose was clearly EXPERIENCED. She offered advice but was extremely open to suggestions, but each time her advice was spot on. She so quickly placed the dot on the perfect spot. She was very sanitary. Sanitizing everything and her hands constantly. The piercings were so well done, quick, mostly painless, and she talked us through each step before during and after. I have been to Rainbow Piercing & Jewelry twice now for lobe piercings and I have had a great experience both times. My singles were re-pierced by Mason today (they closed up from years prior after I had an allergic reaction to gold earrings) and my doubles were pierced by Logan last year. My mom also came in with me and received help from both Mason and Logan on earrings that would work best for her lobes. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and take their time to do things the right way. He was patient, let my child be in control of the situation and made her feel incredibly comfortable and only started the piercing when she was ready, after a few test runs. I wish I could give rainbow piercing 10 stars. The attention, patience and care they gave my 9 year old was honestly mind blowing. Logan walked my very (VERY) nervous daughter - who has been dreaming of getting her ears pierced for years but too afraid - through the process like a licensed therapist. He was SO wonderful, approachable and kind from the very start. Not once did we feel rushed or shamed for our very emotional working through of some big feelings. We were given space and incredible advice to guide us through the entire process. Logan showed my daughter step by step what it would look like and explained everything, answering every question with the patience of a saint. Rose and Logan did tandem piercing (which is the absolute best and easiest way to do it for a nervous client), and both of them helped coach my daughter right until the very end. I'm not sure they know how meaningful the experience was for us. We're so grateful. The facility is easy to get to, very clean and comfortable. Their jewelry is beautiful and they truly make you feel like you're in control of your experience with absolutely no judgment or pressure of how it goes. I cannot recommend this place enough.
