They are located within Burlington Factory right next to the fitting rooms. It's so convenient to them located within the mall! You can bring your items for tailoring the same day you purchase them so that you have items that fit you perfectly. (Short girls, you know what I mean!) Every time I bring an item for altering, they always do their best to get it done as soon as possible! I'm glad I found alteration spot that I can rely on. I would definitely recommend them as they are quick and pleasant people to work with. P.S. bring the shoes you plan on using with the clothes with you for a perfect fix!

However, I recently had a situation that a sweater was damaged. It was burned or stained by the cleaning team. When I told them my sweater had been damaged, someone from the plant (texted me in Spanish), and told me it was damaged when I dropped it off. However, her argument ran afoul bc the lady that takes in the clothes checks it from tip to toe. When I told her the lady that takes in the clothes didn't mention it and no one called me, she told me they don't call customers when they notice damage---which seems ludicrous to me. She argued and counter argued and took ZERO response. As a result, I picked up my last order from them and will never return. This was not an exp sweater thankfully but the thought it could have been a designer item that they damage without taking responsibility is unacceptable. They're also extremely pricey for the shoddy job they did.
