I liked their work, so I called them to redo the two bathroom windows to a darker tint. While at my house to give me a bid, Joe, the owner of the company, noticed a few small bubbles in the tint on one of the kitchen windows they had previously tinted. He immediately said that wasn't right and offered to replace the tint at no charge, quoting their lifetime warranty. Okay, I was really impressed. We subsequently had him re-tint the upstairs bathroom windows. I want to thank Joe for an excellent job and outstanding customer service.
