The "tint man" refused to provide an estimate price which I found to be super unprofessional. I don't recommend his business due to the lack of respectful communication AND professionalism. I've attached a screenshot of my questions which he simply would respond with "thanks!" Make note that HE asked for a picture in order to provide the quote. I asked Tint Man Rich for a quote on a tint for my f150. At that point I was still considering the cheapest tints, and was surprised by a quote six times higher than previous ones. He was offering 3M crystalline, which is expensive. Where this all goes wrong is I started asking questions about this tint material and the warranty and such, and he would make ridiculous answers that didn't address my questions. For everything, he would just answer, "3m lifetime warranty." I asked also what are the pros and cons of carbon vs ceramic. He didn't reply and I moved on and got my tint elsewhere, ceramic that brings the in car temps down by a lot! He replied to my question a few days later with "Thanks." That's when I told him I'd be giving him a bad review for not attempting to seriously answer my questions. That was earlier this morning. As I'm writing this, I see that he replied with quotes, the price he gave me earlier for crystalline had now gone up by quite a bit. The price he had given me before was now for a lesser ceramic. Seeing some of his pictures, it looks like he does some quality work, but I did not like his attitude and lack of professionalism. Edit: Since he continues to message me, I posted images of the conversation I had with him. You can see that I was never disrespectful to him. I was just surprised at the price because I wasn't aware of higher quality tint material at that point. I wanted to frost my showers for privacy. After a conversation with Rich and him just being honest that if I did frost my doors all it would take is one of the kids scratching it and they would ruin it. I decided to wait until they are older and then maybe do it. He was really professional and knowledgeable regardless I appreciate his honesty. He could have just taken my money and done the job but he knew it wasn't worth it to put his name on the line. I plan on having him come back and tint my children's windows as their rooms get hot in summer. But just wanted to write and say thank you for your honesty and I would definitely hire him. read more

Rich showed up on time last Monday and by the end of the day he had the job knocked out of the park. He did a great job demonstrating the various window tinting options. And then he had the entire day to do our installation job. He was friendly, and gave us a good deal.
