This was the worst facial I have ever gotten, more of a gentle facial massage than facial. None of the components of a usual facial were done, no steam to open pores, minimal extractions, no exfoliation, no moisturizing mask. Usually after a facial my skin is glowing and invigorated, feels clean and moisturized-after this facial my skin didn't even feel clean. I feel I did not get the service I scheduled nor the $100 value that was paid. However, worse above all is the management at this location, that seemingly does not care about client dissatisfaction. I take giving a negative review seriously, however this location and the management totally dropped the ball. My facial was more than a month ago and I have made several unsuccessful attempts to communicate with management at this location. I received one text message to call the manager, however when I answered the text twice asking for the Manager's name-they did not respond. So there isn't anyone that cares about customer service at this location. Save your money and go elsewhere if you want a proper facial.

I called on Wednesday at 3pm for a next-day appointment, and they said only tomorrow 6:30pm is available which was Thursday. I took the appointment. When I showed up on Thursday at 6:30pm, the receptionist told me my appointment was "yesterday." wtf no, it was not. Then I see I was charged $45, I'm assuming it's the deposit. No one told me about a deposit being charged. They claim they don't charge you until the day of the appointment. Then they lied and said they called me. Like I don't have a call history on my phone. I never received a confirmation text and I did not receive a call. If you canceled my appointment to book some else that's messed up. I don't understand what games this location is playing but you lost a good paying customer. Then have the audacity to tell me book another day. No I can't I have a life and I work out of town. I only had this day available to try your services which now after this experience I don't want to anymore because I don't need to pay for a service then feel it will not happen on the day I'm available. I asked for a refund, and I'm still waiting for the "manager" to call me. This experience was unnecessarily stressful and annoying. I advise to everyone do not give your card information to this establishment! I took my kid into the place, and my kid complained about the odor of marijuana that came out of there. Instead of smoking and not paying attention to your future clients when booking, and messing up the schedule. You need to focus and be more professional and keep that smell out your establishment.
