Customer service and loyalty are nonexistent here. It would be difficult for me to recommend this place to a friend or family, knowing what I know now. Terrible ventilation. Owner constantly smoking cigarettes at the back of the salon so the entire place smells. No follow up when you attempt to make an appointment. I have been a regular for a couple of years and have tipped anywhere between 20 to 50% of my services so I'm not sure what I could've done wrong from a customer perspective to deserve this treatment. read more

MARIBEL IS THE BEST!!! They are under new management and the quality shows! I have never had my nails done so professionally. She really takes the time to shape your nails, and takes so much time on your cuticles to make sure they are clean. She also doesn't over file which is SO important. Started my appointment by sitting, waiting 40 plus mins for Maribel. Then I showed her the exact color I wanted, not only did the color not match it she did not even ask if I liked it!!! 3 days later, 1 nail is completely off and another is split in half. Michael and Lee have done my nails. I get the acrylic overly and filling. I'm super picky with my nails and I'm very happy with the shape and how long they last. Also all my appointment bookings have been on schedule and no wait which is convenient when my spare time is very limited. read more

The only reason why I gave this place even one star is because the owner was trying to make it right. I came here a long time ago when i first moved to the area and never went back due to the rudeness and unfriendly vibe of the place and my nails came out terrible - well i decided to give it another shot 8 years later - still unfriendly vibe and I had the worst manicure ever from the rudest lady - i felt super uncomf her energy was so horrible and she was so mad while she was doing my nails - not only that they were all different shapes and lengths it looked like a person did them blind folded - i showed the owner he said he can fit me in later to fix them but i had no time - sat back down with Rudey so she could finish and she purposely cut my finger with the cuticle cutter i know she did it on purpose cuz she was pissed i went over to Michael to fix them - i yelled "ow" then told her to put the cutter down I'm : Done ! I am completely mortified at the way i was just treated as a customer here. I have been coming here for years, i had my nails done last Friday and had gel marble done. Within 2 days the color completely faded. I spoke with the owner Michael & he said please come and he will do a color change. As someone who never writes reviews, especially bad ones, I was just absolutely astonished at the customer service at this place. I was a loyal customer to Michael for the past 6 years and thought it was only right to give the new management a try, big mistake. I tried for 3 days to get an appointment and when I finally did, they confirmed that the date and time I suggested was okay. When I went in for my scheduled time, they told me it would be an hour wait as there was someone who was in front of me that was waiting. Being accommodating, I agreed to come back in an hour even though it was interfering with what time I would have to be into work. 5 minutes before, as I was on my way back to the salon, they told me that I would have to reschedule as the nail tech did not have any room for me today. I just don't understand why they agreed to the date/time I suggested if they were overbooked MULTIPLE people, nevertheless tell me to come back. Wow!! I came here for the first time today and saw Lee. Well i have never had such a wonderful pedicure! He gave me a great massage, much better than i have had anywhere else. Felt great and no pain at all(i have plantar fasciitis) he took his time and is very sweet. Their prices are also very good! I recommend them highly!! read more

I gave my 80 year old mother, who doesn't get her nails done often, a manicure/pedicure gift card. They sold her into doing a gel mani/pedicure & she had to pay an additional $30. Quite disappointed with this establishment. read more

This place does not deserve even 1star. i'm all cut up, bleeding, i'm not happy at all. my nails look gross and she (kim) made me move even when my nails weren't dry just so we can start on another client. she had a nasty attitude and kept yanking on my arm the whole time, the shape is awful as well. i am not coming back here, you just lost a costumer. read more
