They're not kept clean and they can grow mold) and the coffee at the closest convenience store sucked, so Jeremy wanted to get some cold brew and Creamer to tie him over. The store was spacious, well lit and tidy. I didn't have to maneuver around endless boxes or stock waiting to be shelved. The young person running the checkout was pleasant and efficient. Jeremy also discovered that he loves the Stok brand of bottled coffee, so bonus!

The hours at this store are impressive - 8am to 8pm 7 days a week. The owners are definitely hard workers! I didn't meet Janet but Roy was to the point when I asked questions. A bushel is $36, and a half bushel is $18. A half bushel bag is a lot smaller than the box that they call a bushel, so we decided to buy a bushel. You can fill the box up with whichever apples you want. They have a big selection of apples, including some I'd never heard of (eg, Virginia Gold). Roy was attentive and told me when the box was full and that I should stop adding apples. It wasn't quite all the way to the top, but it was still a good deal. If I'm in the area, I'll probably stop by again!

I have never had a long wait in the checkout line. Maybe one or two customers were ahead of me in the checkout line but it didn't take long for me to checkout, because it always goes fast. Cashiers have always been friendly and helpful. The only problem with Wegmans is their enormous size inside their store. From produce to cold boxes is a long walk for an old man like me and sometimes I think I may have to show my passport. Back to their groceries. I am amazed at the freshness, quantity, and variety of their produce. It stays the same for their other grocery items too. Whatever strange grocery item you are seeking, seek it at Wegmans and you should find it. The store has always been clean and a well lighted place. Next time you need some groceries, try Wegmans.

There is a commercial butchering operation on site as well as a nice little butcher shop. The store has a lot of great local goods for sale as well as some of the best fried chicken I have ever had in my entire life. They also have a butcher on site to cut your meat right there for you. Even my ground beef was from that morning. The workers were all so friendly and pleasant. Prices are very reasonable and again the meat was so good quality and fresh. My friend even commented on the quality of the chicken which isn't something I thought could Be noticed and he didn't realize I got it from a butcher not the grocery store. Either way though, it was still amazing. There was one lady working the counter and she was very nice. Husband and I both ordered the burger and she brought it out to our table outside.
