Came here for a 60 minute body massage. The place seems clean and there are individual rooms instead of curtains on the second floor. The masseuse was very unprofessional, she was answering calls and talk on the phone half of the time. My goal of a massage is to relax and destress. The masseuse stressed me out more with her talking Chinese to somebody on the phone. This massage is not for me. I am not sure if it's the style of the masseuse or that's how they are trained. I felt like I was being pinch the whole massage. I had to tell her to go softer at least three times. She jumps on the bed and steps on me. I had bruises on my legs and arm the next day. All the talking on the phone probably got her too excited in hurting me in the process of my massage. Phones should be banned during massage. It is disruptive and rude to talk on it during a massages. Phone has cameras. I wasn't even sure if she taken any pictures. read more

Clean pretty spacious and less crowded compared to other places in the area. We came late at night on a weekday which we prefer since it's less folks. The staff was very friendly and my masseuse didn't apply too much pressure. We only got the 60 hour foot massage so can't say for the body. Prices are reasonable and affordable even with the additional tips. read more

I've been a regular here since they opened at this location. I've topped up three times and come almost every week. Most of the masseurs are great -- except Lucy. She is the worst masseur I've ever had. I clearly explained which area I needed, but she ignored my requests and only did what she wanted. There's no language barrier, so there's no excuse. I reported it to the owner twice. Both times he was just sitting there playing on his phone and did nothing about it. I am with Lucy again (cuz the owner refused to tell me her name and I forget her face) and she was exactly the same, and this time it even caused abrasions and peeling on my neck. I really like this place, but I hope management -- and Lucy -- take this issue more seriously. If you truly want to relax and avoid getting upset, do NOT choose Lucy. The staff was friendly. Before I got a back massage, I felt better than after I got it. Nothing but pain and not even sure if these masseuse are professional or licensed. They can easily sprain my bones by using too much pressure and force. I would not recommend at all unless you want to see or dr or do physical therapy from the pain they inflict on you. The massage was good here. I did an hour body massage for $40. Like another review--- I also gave 10$ tip -- which is more than 20% -- and the front desk lady pointed me to a sign that said suggested tip is $15. The massage was good so I don't mind giving the $15 tip. But it's crazy how they're demanding a suggested tip for $15. Tip is not mandatory. This new tipping culture these massages are requesting are horrendous. Sure they say "suggested" but they give you the vibe that you need to give the $15. And this place is not the only place in Bensonhurst that is doing "suggested tips" . This seems like the new norm for these massages Parlors. I might just have to stop getting massages due to these new rules they're setting on tips. So disappointing. read more
