During my visit, he implied sexual advances in an attempt to get me to agree to a discount on a car I was trying to buy with cash. His behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Buyer be where! I bought a mercedes and check engine light came on once i drove off the lot. Traveled 3 times to have them fix it buy could not. Next the altetnator failed a week later. Will the salesman said they could not repair it. He told me the warrenty only covered the md.imspection stuff! But he told me anything mechanical they would fix but not so. I than took the car to mecedes hunt valley to inspect. They found a bad egr modual 3600. Hundred dollars and a transmission leak. Oh, the alternator cost 1000. Dollars. I did my purchase based on the CarFax and not what they said. Glad I did. The battery was dead when I did the test drive 3 weeks ago and made a deposit and I was told "...no worries, we'll replace the battery before you pick up..." Completed my purchase today. Arrived home, park it in my garage. Wake up early the next morning to make a ride to my hometown (almost 3hrs away) and the battery is dead. I can't stand DISHONESTY!!! They may had changed it out and swapped with another vehicle's battery but they 100% did not put new battery in. And these type of places wonder why people tend to stay away. I had the most difficult experience. I bought a Mini Cooper clubman from them with. Warranty. Within A week I had it inspected and the dealer failed it but they said it passed their inspection. It needed rear brake rotors and strut mounts and control arm bushings and they wouldn't repair it after I asked multiple times because they sold me a car that was not supposed to pass inspection. They said they would fix it at first and then they said no. I got an oil change too at the mini dealer and after only having the car 3 weeks the engine broke and I had to buy a whole new motor and manual clutch which was also broken. I spent almost 11000 to repair the car and their warranty which was supposed to cover all of it as per their brochure only would cover $4400 . They wouldn't fix the repairs needed to pass the inspection and the back door also wouldn't stay shut and I had to get that repaired. Beware when buying from them. Their inspection is not true and the warranty is not what it claims to be. After buying the cat and spending $11000 to fix it, I could have bought a new car. Buyer beware of them please read more

BEWARE!!! (No stars) Not only do they sale cars with no titles, they sale damaged and stolen cars!! Never buy from here. Brought a car with cash, I had temps and had to wait until my tags came in the mail.... They never came, had to pay for another 30 day temporary tag. Still no title. I call and call to find out what's going on and they ran me in circles...they started to talk in thick accents so I wouldn't understand them so I hung up and just went up to them. I had all my papers. Long story short they never sent in the title to put the car in my name and get hard tags. When I asked why they said the previous owner had gave them the wrong title (yeah right) instead of them calling him and fixing the problem they give me his number to call myself!!! What, why should I have to call him. He is not going to talk to me?!? Then it was a way not going through him. All they had to do is go up to the main DMV to get a title. But guess what. They didn't want to do it. Stay away. Already reported them to the BBB. read more

They have a nice selection of vehicles on their lot from foreign cars to domestic. The van we bought was fully loaded and met our needs in appearance and size. The problem was with management. They don't accept credit cards cuz they our out of date, they don't have fax machines, they are not organized and lastly and sadly they are not honest. They did patch work on the van we purchased just to get it to pass inspection. The door was the main issue. They got it to open and close but months later the door was an issue again. Before I bought the van, I asked them if they could fill it up since it was almost on empty when i was test driving it, they responded with no problem. When I went to take the van home the tank we still on empty and I asked them about that and she responded by saying sorry and giving me $20.00 (car needs premium and at the time it was around $3.00 a gallon). I saw a vehicle online that I was interested in at a great price. I decided to make the drive from N.VA because it was definitely a great deal. However, I was a bit skeptical based on the negative reviews. I did notice this small dealership cater to lower income or people on a budget. If you plan to purchase a vehicle that is over 10 years old and mileage nearing the 200,xxx then you get what you pay for. If you want no headaches, stress, and the hassle dealing with maintenance then purchase a newer vehicle. On that note, when I arrived at Balic I was greeted by a lil person. It was great, to see this place doesn't discriminate when it comes to employment. I told them while at the dealership, that the battery looked old and needed to be replaced. I was guaranteed a 30 day warranty, so on good faith I took delivery of the vehicle with 45,000 miles. When I arrived at a local shopping center close by the house the battery died. Luckily, the shopping center has an Advanced auto store. I replaced the battery first thing in the morning and the vehicle has been awesome ever since. The only issue at hand, I had to drive back to the dealership to drop off the battery to get fully reimbursed. Since the car was new to me, I didn't mind the joy ride. I did get compensated, and if it wasn't for this small issue I would have given them 5 stars. The guys at Balic are very nice, helpful, and don't pressure you into anything. I would return and do repeat business. If you go to Balic, be smart, and don't buy a vehicle that is 10-15 years old with excessive mileage and expect no issues. However, if you're purchasing an used vehicle on a budget out of necessity, please get an extended warranty. read more

The customer service is a problem. They have a great selection of vehicles but it took us over a month to finalize a sale. Unbelievably frustrating and unprofessional. They don't return phone calls, don't do anything electronically and don't offer consistency. The vehicle we purchased had been a problem since day 1. Be prepared to have to constantly follow up and communicate your needs and be aggressive. They keep changing up the story and passing the buck. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!! Baltic auto is a horrible place to look for a car. There's only one dealer and she knows nothing about the cars or the business. The vehicles aren't in good condition but they say one owner,runs great, low miles "all lies". They will sale you vehicles with malfunctioning parts and try to blame everything and everyone else as the culprit. I will never send anyone to buy from them, worst experience ever. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. We got sold a lemon. Problems from the start, starting with the check engine light coming on about a month after we bought the car now a new battery (a year later), new catalytic converters, brakes and rotors and a hose leak. Now we are stuck with a car that the warranty they offer and we bought doesn't even cover so that was a waste. So I bought a car from this people earlier this year, a Honda Civic hybrid. When I bought the car the battery, hybrid that is, was good to go. Due to some intense snow I was not able to drive the car for the next four days. When I finally got to drive car the check engine came on. I took it the Waldorf Honda and was told the hybrid battery was DYING AND IT WAS GONNA COST ME $3800 TO GET IT FIXED. So I went and got a second opinion, at Greentecauto I was told the same thing. But they added, "This code was registered in the system and would not be caused by only a week of driving. " When I called up to the shop I was told that Hybrid batteries are like regular batteries and when they die they die. Yea but for a car that doesn't have an anterior and half of the features draw power from that battery it's a big deal. When asked if they had a Hybrid Mechanic I was told NO. So I basically they got the check engine light to go off before I bought the car. I was told that I purchased the vehicle as is and they wouldn't help when any of the expenses. Which is B.S. because it was under false pretenses. I had to take a personal loan out because I can't afford full coverage insurance. It's hard enough trying to survive off of my VA disability check and now I have another bill that's 3800? I cannot survive without a vehicle right now. How am I going to make it to VA hospital to make my appointments? With the semester right around the corner, there will be no way I get to class. I bought a car here on February 20, 2016. 5 days later at the gas station at 8:00pm at night the car wouldn't start!! I had to call a friend of mines a mechanic to come and give me a jump. Come to find out the battery is dead and I ended up spending $120.00 for a new one! Then I hear squeaking coming from the right front tire that they were suppose to have changed when I test drove the car(Which they didn't, then I was told that I needed front breaks mind you that's part of inspection. I recently purchased a 2005 toyota highlander from Balic Auto last Thursday. On Tuesday January 24th the engine light, VSC light, and trac off light came on. So I stopped into the nearest Toyota dealer near my home to have a diagnostic check and they informed me that the indicators on my dashboard was aiding me to get a number of repairs fixed on my vehicle, mind you I just purchased this vehicle less than a week ago. I immediately contacted the dealer during my unexpected visit with Toyota dealership to inform them of the situation and to ask if there was any way that I could return the vehicle and and a ful refund of my purchase. I was denied and the dealer denied the alleged repairs that Toyota informed me that needed to be fixed on my vehicle. Also, they informed me that my vehicle is too old and has too many miles to qualify for an extended warranty, which the dealer that I purchased my car from tried to sell me. I am highly upset and feel like I got ripped off and cheated out of my hard earned money. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that is going to cost me approximately $2,495.16 in repairs and the vehicle will not pass emissions unless the repairs are complete. The car has potential and I believe the it's worth fixing but I cannot afford to make the necessary repairsI.
