She had such a good experience that she recommended the shop to me for repairs on my former vehicle and, more recently, for my used car pre-purchase inspection. Right from the start, the staff made me feel at home and made recommendations to guide me to find the perfect vehicle for me. I also learned that some special dealerships offer either "pre-purchase inspection off-site" or "3-day money back guarantees" virtually eliminating "buyer's remorse." I stumbled across this shop looking for quality car shop was able to contact shop thru website which I like they responded and I was able to Anke a appointment dropped vehicle off early was contacted later via text showing (pictures)and giving me prices to what I requested and things they had found,I checked all items I wanted done , repairs were made and they text me car was ready, I was satisfied with repair work , customer service was amazing something you just don't get much of these , so for first timer I would recommend this shop and will certainly return as needed great job read more

Genette, the customer service representative, has the best attitude toward customer service with genuine answers to question. If mobile service is not supportable to the customer on car repair, i.e. replace fuel line, due to local environmental regulation, she offered the option of either take my car to the nearest shop or her shop with towing service offer. After all I took my car to her shop, got repair within 48 hours that could potentially be a week with some other places like with Dealer's service center. I took my car here to have the MD state inspection performed. Most other inspection stations I stopped at that day had 3-4 cars in line in front of me but this shop was able to take me immediately. I was referred to the shop next door but accidentally walked into this place. My inspection was completed and I was given a quote of almost $2,800 to fix the issues PLUS another $450+ to perform routine 120,000 mile service. This included 2 new (cheap) tires as well as a laundry list of other items that failed the inspection. I put two new tires on my car, replaced the tag bulbs on the back of my car, and filled the power steering reservoir to the correct level and took my car to another inspection station. I asked the inspector to go over my car very well because I wanted to know if there were indeed issues. Nothing came back that failed my inspection. Being fairly new to the area, I was looking for a new mechanic in the area and hoped this might be the place. After one visit, I won't return and would advise others to steer clear of this place. read more

I was selling my Jeep Cherokee and the buyer wanted to get it inspected before purchasing it. The buyer decided to go to this location since it was close to our work but neither of us had been there. The Jeep that I was selling had annual tune-ups at the dealership and was in good shape but not great. There were some cosmetic issues but according to the Jeep dealership, the engine and rest were working correctly. Upon taking the car to this place to get inspected, they said it required $2800 to pass. Now I don't know much about cars and fixing them up, but I could sense something was off when it came to issues they were bringing up. One was that the front bumper had a crack in it. I was expecting them to say that it needs to be replaced since it would not function correctly with a crack in it similar to a motorcycle helmet. But the inspector said that it barely passed because it wouldn't catch someone's pants if they walked by and snagged themselves on it. What does this have to do with how a car functions? Obviously they get to pick and choose who gets to pass inspection which also puts money in their pocket so there is clearly a conflict of interest. This is a big problem in the state of Maryland (among many other things) and one that may never change. I couldn't give this a 1 star since they seemed to be thorough and were very nice to work with that day and quick. Just be cautious because we took the car to another state inspector and the only thing that had to be changed were the brake pads (this place also said to change those) and it cost $200. This is a large margin of error between two places looking at the same car. Be warned. read more

I can't stand a liar... I always suspect car places try to add more stuff that's " wrong" with your car but today I caught them in a lie.... just smiling in my face and lying for no reason. I took my vehicle here for an inspection and I was told my right tag light over my license plate was out which was one of the reasons my vehicle failed the inspection. I didn't have time to get it fixed that day so I left.... I get home later that day to realize she was trying to get over on me cuz I saw both lights working as I was putting groceries in my trunk.... no telling what else they were lying about.... I would not refer ANYONE to this establishment. It is a money grab looking to take advantage of the hardworking people that need work done on cars. The inspection given by the manager included things that made other mechanics laugh with obscene prices. She looked for any way she could get an extra buck. After getting it inspected at a mechanic who I trust and know isn't out to rip people off, my car is fixed for 250 dollars not the 2000 dollars the manager gave us as an estimate.
