I've always gotten great service here on my vehicle. While waiting today on my car to be service. I took a walk around to check out some of the newer beauties/beasties on the lot. I was approached by Letty to see if I needed assistance while she was helping another customer. Great service even I wasn't here to purchase but she acknowledged my looking none the less & didn't push a sale. Also was later approached by the manager Mark B. whom was very kind & let me know what I was interested in with electric vehicle coming in 2025. What I'm looking forward to honestly. My service rep Christy was helpful from the phone call to wrapping up the service. My wait time was quick & I appreciate the discount. Ernie is still missed but I always said over the years he deserved a promotion.

Silver clip left open. After I pressed it back down.

UPDATE: they're looking into it and might be fixing the problem. Stay tuned. Was detailing my car and noticed 6-7k miles later they left the air intake box open. My engine was breathing in air with no filter. This without a doubt will create longevity issues. The service Manager JOE PARKER was highly dismissive. Exact quote "it's not a big deal to drive the car without the airbox closed and I wouldn't say it hurts the longevity of the car" So I am going to contact Honda corporate and have their team look into if this dealership is representing the brand as intended. I have reached out to Jenifer Ball and see if she's willing to make the moment right. I'm done asking. I have spent weeks trying to get them to accommodate. My ask if that they replace the car by discounting a new one so we can be in a new payment that is equal without losing a ton. I'm simply asking to be made whole!!! Why is this so hard ?! The sales person sent to a sales manager who sent to service advisor who sent to service manager who was disrespectful. He said "you don't own the car so I'm not talking to you" before we even said anything. My brother doesn't know a lot about cars and he said "you can talk to both of us-- my brother is helping me" and Joe Parker said "well you own the car so I'd rather speak to you" -- the guy is not being fair and was highly dismissive. They rush the service and don't put shit back together properly -- I am seeing other reviews with the same!!! Why would you buy an Acura for terrible service and 0 accountability with high hostility!? I am tired of having to deal with this dealership and them give me the run around. Go anywhere else. I've been familiar with this industry for 20 years-- this is by far the worst service center I've experienced. I could have just gone to jiffy lube or done it myself. TERRIBLE. Photos attached to show the open air box Ask yourself if you would feel comfortable with them touching your car ? Now I have to spend hours dealing with this because they're just playing defense instead of being accountable! It's pretty sad for them to hurt the brand image of Honda / Acura.

I went today to this location of Acura and I just had a Little Rock in the caliper they took it out wanted $240 for just a Little Rock that was making noises and I talked to their principle as the "boss" but he was being so rude and said "go don't pay it's just a rock right" but really rudely I paid $150 for a Little Rock there and hated that boss I will never go back there and I don't recommend going there they just like to rip off people for really small things

Over the years I have interacted with the Ball family it has always been a pleasant experiences. Recently , there was a need to purchase a good used car. I reached out to Rich and explained the why. It is time to put on my Grandpa hat. My wonderful delightful Granddaughter was in a car accident with her husband and my two great grand children. They are banged up yet OK. They live in North Dakota - please no comment- their accident was due to black ice. The car was totaled. Moving forward - Rich happened to get a trade in from the children of an elderly couple who recently passed away and they wanted to let this vehicle go. When I was told by Rich that it was a 1999 Toyota family van with. 3 seats and had 73,000 miles. I expected the body of the van to have damage. Surprise surprise this vehicle is in great shape. I met the mechanic who was checking the car out. I explained the situation - we are about the same age he smile we shock hands. He let me do my thing with the car checked the timing belt, felt around the engine for leaks, The vehicle is awesome check out the photos. Ball Acura helped coordinate shipping the car to North Dakota. Here's a tip for everyone - be nice, listen be prepared with questions and know what you can comfortably afford. Watch the video you will met the team involved.

    Plenty of on street parking.

I had a great experience with Alex at Value Auto Repair. I originally reached out through Yelp, and he was responsive and answered all of my questions. His pricing was significantly better than what the dealership quoted me, but what really stood out wasn't just the price--it was his honesty. I came in with a humming noise that I believed was a bad wheel bearing but was unsure. Alex was upfront from the beginning after making the same diagnosis and even encouraged me to get quotes from other mechanics if it made me feel more comfortable so I could make sure I was getting a fair deal. That kind of confidence and transparency is hard to find. When I arrived, he was able to get my car in within about 30 minutes to diagnose it. While the part was being delivered, I went to lunch, and once I came back, he had the wheel bearing replaced in about 45 minutes. Before I left, he took the time to show me both the old and new wheel bearings, explaining how they worked and letting me hear and feel the difference. I really appreciated him taking the time to educate me instead of just handing me a bill. One thing I noticed while I was waiting was how many customers came in who clearly knew Alex. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to see him, several appeared to be repeat customers, and there was an obvious level of trust between them. After my own experience, I completely understand why. Alex also has a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Most importantly, the humming noise is completely gone, and my car drives perfectly again. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable mechanic who charges fair prices and genuinely cares about his customers, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alex and Value Auto Repair. I know I'll definitely be back.

To make matters worse, I'm currently dealing with a custody battle after catching my girlfriend cheating with my cousin, so my stress level was already at about a 12 out of 10. Finally got my car back and started driving home. The car started shaking. At first, I figured it was just my stomach because I'd been battling diarrhea all day. A few minutes later I realized it wasn't my stomach--my car was dripping fluids everywhere like it had just signed a sponsorship deal with Tuli Drip. Then the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Every warning light imaginable was on. At that point, I was convinced my Envista was preparing for liftoff. I couldn't drive it, so I called a tow truck and got hauled back to the dealership. Of course, by the time I got there, the shop was closed. The next morning they inspected it and delivered the shocking diagnosis: "It was just your gas cap." Apparently, I didn't have it on properly when I started driving. So after 5 hours at the shop, a panic attack, a tow truck ride, an overnight stay, and enough dashboard lights to decorate a neighborhood, the culprit was... a gas cap.

He did a quick preliminary diagnosis and gave me a fair quote for the alternator parts and labor. A few hours later, instead of just doing the expensive repair, he called me and explained that the alternator was actually fine -- the real problem was a wire that was shorting out and causing the symptoms. The repair ended up costing significantly less than expected because they were honest enough to fix the actual issue instead of replacing parts I didn't need. I also had them change the fluids and filters while it was there. He said it looked like my spark plugs needed changing as well. Everything was completed quickly and professionally. They charged me over $100 to do the same test, then told me exactly what I had told them, it needs a new TPS. I authorized the repair after determining they would charge me $359 for the part, a fair price. The waiting room is dismal. Unmatched, uncomfortable chairs placed around the perimeter of the room, up against plate glass windows. Months old automotive industry magazines, and one several year old AARP magazine, very well thumbed. No vending machines, nothing. A star off for the total lack of customer amenities.
