    Broken lug nut at national city Subaru

    This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! ‼BEWARE‼to all my fellow Subaru peeps that have custom rims DO NOT take your car to this spot to be services. I took my car in for the routine maintenance and ended up with broken lug nuts and broken studs. You would think they would have fixed what they did but instead they started to play the blame game blaming the last Subaru dealership. My rims were perfect before taking the car in. I don't understand why they didn't call me to ask where the socket key was for the lug nuts but instead decided to use their own. The manager was rude and condescending. Another manager came out and said they would cover the costs to fix things but once they got the invoice of what it would cost they stated they would only cover cost of the part but would not fix the studs they broke and claimed they do not touch aftermarket rims. Well if that were the case they should have never touched my rims to begin with and they should have never taken it upon themselves to try to remove the tires without the proper lug nut key. They do not value their customers and they definitely have no knowledge of custom parts. STAY AWAY FROM THEM especially if your someone like me who puts their hard earned money into their car looking good.

    Misdiagnosed for a blown head gasket immediately after inquiring about their repair warranty and given an estimate of over $5,000.00. I received a second opinion and got the problem fixed at less than half the price. This place has changed under Dalton Subaru.

When she i formed me the waiter would be 3 hours with the oil change and alignment, I opted to get a ride home and not wait at the dealership. Came back 3 hours later because I had an event later than afternoon, spent money on an Uber because that was the cheapest (still not super cheap, but beggars can't be choosers), and arrived at the service department only to be told that they needed an additional 40 minutes. I said no, I needed to be somewhere. So she said they needed 15 minutes, cool. I could wait 15. 15 turned i to 30+ only to learn "hey, the machine didn't work, so you're good to go." In my head I'm like wait, so you have had my car for over 3 hours, and it took you that long to figure out your machine didn't work? I would have just stayed for the oul change, but now I dropped a pretty penny to get back here only to be told the machine was not working?! More frustrating, I keep trying to call the service department to speak to someone about getting reimbursed for the damn Uber. No luck getting through. I am definitely not happy right now.

I have a warranty and followed their instructions to take the car to a specific mechanic. It's now been over a week, and I've received zero updates or communication. On top of that, the mechanic they sent me to can't even work on the vehicle. My car has been sitting in a lot uselessly, and I've had to spend $80+ per day on Ubers just to get to work. This entire situation is unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint with the appropriate consumer protection agencies, and I am now considering getting legal representation to handle this. Do not trust this business. Save yourself the stress, money, and time -- go somewhere reputable.
