When it arrived, I couldn't even get the jacket on it was so poorly tailored. So I returned the suit and after more measurements got something back that was equally ill-fitting. My sales rep said to just hang on to that one and wait for a third jacket based on still more measurements. This one is no better; in fact the sleeves are almost two inches two short and the jacket only can be worn if someone helps me into it. When after nine months of waiting and hours of fittings, I said I wanted to exercise my promised right to return if not satisfied, I was told no--it was too late. Apparently they just dragged out the process to avoid having to live up to their promise. I would not do business with this company in part because of their poor quality but primarily because of their poor business practices.

And he starts doing a crazy sale around this time too where each day he gradually marks stuff down each day until he clears it out. I get an email confirming the order at that time. Next day I receive an email that one item is not in stock but they will send the other item. I request this three times with their customer service (the name customer service with Orvis is a lie, no service) but they want help me.
