I pulled up to the back exit at 8:56 PM and the doors were already locked. I then got back in my car and drove around to the front to see that the doors were also locked at in the front at 8:59 PM. The general manager of one of my locations was already inside versus helping him print off I had sent him your employees instead, we're rushing him out the door offering no aid. my annual spend at Staples is in the thousands of dollars. i'm including my customer number so you can date the amount of money I spent in your business #3640603969. I usually go to the location off of Midlothian Turnpike. I have always received amazing service there. I will not be returning to that location or any other until I hear from someone in the corporate office. I am embarrassed to even my general manager to go over there and he experienced this complete lack of customer service in regard for the customer. Not only where the door is locked prior to closing time but then they're rushing people out. Once it, customer is in the doors, shouldn't they be allowed to finish the transaction? Not only was the completed order incorrect (for several reasons) but they LOST 4 of my original art works! LOST them!!! It took multiple calls to management and days to finally get some assistance on the issue. The managers seemed content to say, "I'll check on that and call you tomorrow." I waited 3 days (on two occasions) for a response that never came. I had a working deadline - which came and went - and lost work that I can not replicate. Shame on Staples. This is a cautionary tale. Be careful what you entrust to them. Regard for customer items seems very low. I will. not be using them again as a printing service.

So I had to pay an additional $3.17 for another in-store mailer even though I had already brought in a pre-purchased mailer and simply needed to print a label and have it affix to my package. Pretty sketchy. Patrick (cashier) rushed me into the purchase and wouldn't even look me in my face after I obliged, paid the additional fee for a mailer that wasn't even marked for fedex like the one I brought in, and smiled and thanked him afterwards regardless. He simply rushed off and didn't even respond with a thank you despite no other patrons in line. Listen. I know business through and through and the business today with a simple label print and drop off seems to be buy something from our store and screw you. Ethics not so clear on this one..:

I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for printer repair or for buying printer ink cartridges. They are also always available by phone (this is new in this era of leaving a message and I'll get back) so if I could give more than 5 stars I would as this is one of those hard to find and great places to help you with your printer issues.

I called Top Notch to have 3 wires run for my internet - all they had to do was underneath the…read morehouse, connect to my router so I could hard wire 3 locations. I was given an estimate of over $4000 and when I complained, they sent me a bill for $137 for the guy to come out and give me the estimate. He did connect the Xfinity router to the existing cable connections. I could have done that. What a rip off. I was then told, I didn't have to pay it - but just got another bill. DO NOT USE _ RIP OFF.
