They got to work diagnosing the problem and I realized that I had to have my alternator replaced. They worked up an estimate and called me to ask for approval. I needed the work done, so I authorized it. Thankfully they were able to find the part and get it replaced by the end of that day. It was a bit on the pricey side, but their service was good and fast. So it's worth looking them up if you need car repairs done.

Roger answered and within 5-10 minutes he drove out to me and hooked his iPad and electronic device up and scanned my truck for issues. He opened the hood and sprayed electrical spray on my computer component system to help evaporate the water that got on it from a recent car wash. Within 10 minutes, he did an ECM reset and everything was fixed. I asked what do I owe him, and he said don't worry about it, it didn't take long and he didn't have to take anything apart and he doesn't want to charge anyone for that. I thanked him and told him i appreciated his time to come out on a Sunday. Needless to say, if you ever get stuck somewhere and need a fix without having to drive over, give these guys a call. He completed repairs against what he recommended to the warranty company and then refused to take my payment to get my truck back! He is now holding my vehicle hostage and going back on his word because I filed a police report for forgery and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! Rapides Parish Sheriffs office is investigating the forgery. In the meantime I go to pay the amount just to get my truck back and he states "he won't accept my original payment method he agreed to because I changed the circumstances" I only filed a police report for forgery! He has tried to buy my truck on a number of different occasions to which I refused and now I believe this is his way of trying to steal it. I have purchased 3 sets of Cooper Tires, 2 for our Ram 1500 and the most recent for my 2 week old CPO 2017 Hyundai Elantra Value Edition.Keep in mind when I first moved here it was D&J Tires for a couple years then the name was changed to my tire place for a couple years now its back to D&J Tire.never had nothing major till my last set of tires. First of all they have a bunch of guys who could not pass a drug test if they were clean for 6 months. The only reason I chose them were they are a tab bit cheaper than the rest in town but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for but with this being said from this point on I will never recommend them or drive either of my vehicles back on their lot. and since I been going there for tire maintenance there is always someone different working there,so that should tell you a lot there. Okay on to my complaint, 2 week old car and it had its original tires so I decided to replace them since we have had good service from cooper tires. this car has factory Aluminum Wheels and the drug head scratched one of my wheels pretty good with his impact. I payed close to 550.00 for a set and walked out side and started inspecting everything before leaving parking lot and noticed the scratch so I marched back inside and told the blonde Teressa to come see so she did, at that moment she knew something was not correct. I showed her and she tells me she will replace the wheel and will call me once it comes in, so I leave and decided to check the tire pressure on my display and OMG four different tire pressure. I guess these dudes how no ideal the tire pressure has a sticker inside the door frame that tells you how much.. So as the old story goes if you want something done right you do it yourself so that's what I did. So its been a week since this has happened and I have not and do not expect these morons to replace my wheel so I will have it fixed else where. Purchased new tires for my trailer and when I went to use the trailer a couple of days later I noticed I was missing a stud and lug nut. I called and the front desk guy went and talked to the tech who worked on the trailer, told me the last person worked on it must have stripped it out, I purchased the trailer new from CF and those tires has never been off that trailer. Basically they tried to play "oh it wasnt us it was the last guy" game. Stripped studs happens but trying to blame someone else is troublesome to me. Also any tire place worth their salt would have called and said hey man you have a stripped stud would you like us to replace it while we are replacing your tires and give a quote. Since they tried to place blame where there was no blame to be placed has me skeptical of them. I hope them the best and everyone else has a better experience with them.
