Eventhough I told the Dr I needed extra novacaine, he didn't listen. He was so rough with the 2nd injection he caused me to scream with pain. I've been to plenty of specialist, so I know how rough he was. I had to argue with person responsible for insurance claim because he insisted insurance wouldn't cover any of procedure. They also wouldn't bill both my insurances. Turns out DeltaDental paid some of it so I had been billed almost $300 more. I had to call & get reimbursed. They only sent me part of amount so I had to call again! Then I had to submit another claim to Humana Dental when I found out they covered the extraction. The check for $436.77 incorrectly sent to Seattle Oral & not Mr since I paid for procedure out of pocket. Seattle Oral cashed check, never notifying me. Now I'm trying to get in touch with whoever handles this, after sending email, voice-mail, speaking with reception. I was told I'd hear back this morning & haven't yet. They've now kept my money 3x! I wonder how much money they've kept from other people​​

The front desk staff are so sweet and they already remember me every time I come in, along with the rest of my family. With COVID precautions it's super simple you come in wearing a mask and get your temperature taken and just have a seat. The waiting room is small but it's spacious and they have been staggering their appointments so it definitely makes the flow very smooth. I'm never waiting long to be taken back once I'm all checked in. The dentist and the dental assistants are all extremely nice and very gentle. I also love how all the technology is all modern too (definitely a perk of the new office!) x-rays are extremely fast and simple. After I sent my updated insurance info, two weeks passed with no follow‑up or revised pricing. This was really stressful since my insurance expires in eight days. When I raised the concerns, I got a "We're human and we make mistakes" response. Yes I understand that mistakes happen, but with SO MANY errors, delays, and poor communication, it's hard to feel like there's real ownership or attention to detail. The administrative staff does not seem to ever be able to get ahold of the scheduler when I call, they always say they are going to send a note, but I still don't hear back. It's December and I've been waiting to reschedule an appointment for a cleaning for months and now I'm told there aren't any left through the end of the year. The first time this happened, it was around getting a crown installed to a previously placed dental implant. My appointment was rescheduled at the last minute by the dental office, the scheduler never called as promised, and then after I took the initiative to reach out, they got me in with Dr. Cho. My previous dentist told me the crown install would be easy, but this was not the case. Dr. Cho repeatedly told me he wasn't familiar with the brand (wouldn't you want to familiarize yourself before the patient is in the office?) and screwing the crown in was extremely painful. Dr. Cho seemed rushed and annoyed at the process, and it was one of the more stressful experiences I've had at a dentist. I also got an occlusal guard from this office, which has resulted in tension headaches and worse jaw issues than before. I did not have this issue with my previous occlusal guard. If only I could get in to discuss this with a dentist... but I can't thanks to the staff's inability to schedule me. This is a high volume dentist office. They see a lot of patients and it shows in the lack of care and compassion for the individual patients and also the unprofessionalism and disorganization of the scheduling process.

Had to go the Z=pack route because of the infection, but the doctor prescribed exactly the meds I needed. This is my go-to dentist after this experience. Top recommendation, and one of the few that I found that offers Nitrous Oxide for comfort.
