Rodney is fantastic. I called him a few months ago to install light switches and rewire my kitchen fluorescents to L.E.D. That was the first time I meet Rodney. Super cool guy. A few months after that, I called him for a bigger job, 'move main breaker box to new location', he and his partner Robert finished job in 2 days. About two months after that, I had him do another job installing a lot of circuits, switches and wiring at a rental property. Mr. Ballard was able to schedule an appointment the same day as my request. He was able to diagnose a fix a tricky wiring issue. During the repair he found damage on my main bus bars and circuit breakers. He presented a few options along with the costs and pros and cons and together we picked an option. He was very transparent with his pricing for both materials and labor and met his original estimate. The follow-on work was completed quickly. Rodney was awesome, what a nice guy! He came in and installed several light fixtures that I had purchased. He was very methodical about how he worked through the project (e.g., took all the lights down, prepped each fixture, assembled the lights, installed the lights), protecting and then cleaning the work area throughout the project. I was given an estimate ahead of time. When I asked him after the work was finished how much I owed him, he gave us the low end of the range he quoted. When I called Rodney to repair an outside light, he was there in a timely manner. Before he responded, I explained to him the problem, and he will try to assist you as much as possible to save you money. I called him once before and he explained how to resolve my problem without costing me anything.
