Light N Up completely exceeded my expectations! Kirk and his team were professional, communicative, and super fast! After an initial site review and quote they knocked everything out in a few hours! Anyway, I just want to say the I came here on a Monday night before closing and there were 2 lines and I was on the one that was not moving. So a young lady came and opened a register but instead of taking customers from the line that was not moving she decided to take customers from the line that was. I am very patient by the way but there seemed to be confusion at the register, but I felt like it would be solved any minute now, so I stayed because I was next. So after 10 minutes I suggested she take customers from my line which means I should have been next. However, she ignored me. Manager was in the front and didn't even say anything. These workers need serious training. Al yssa, please do better to consider what your customers are explaining to you.

Damaged my stucco. Advised them what happened. They did nothing. Now I'm stuck with a spotted house where the glue was removed. Never using them again. My advice is DON'T LET THEM TELL YOU THE GLUE IS OK. IT'S NOT!! See photos of damaged stucco. Yes, I agreed to the cost but it still doesn't explain my damaged stucco. The rain stopped for a few days and you rescheduled on a sunny day. I would never approve of glue if I knew it would've damaged my new home

They gave us a quote to put lights around the whole front of the house. They gave us a moc photo of how it would look. They set up an appointment right away. Most of the contractors were all booked up and were not interested. Stephen came out his crew started right away. They did everything but I wanted to add the windows, which were not included. They could not finish due to high winds that day. They also didn't finish one of the trees but they did schedule the remainder a few days later. I thought our house looked great.
