Kumu Liane is so patient and encouraging with kids. She teaches them different languages and about the culture as they learn basics in Hawaiian, Moari and Tahitian dance. The kids are captivated and always come home happy and singing. My 5 year old wants to go to hula every day. Kids have an opportunity to perform in local shows which is great experience and a chance to show what they have been learning. There are classes for all ages and levels. I'm so grateful for everything I've learned and am continuing to learn from her. I've learned many new dance techniques but most importantly, I've learned how to reconnect with my body and soul through dance thanks to her gentle guidance. I'd studied Tribal Fusion and American Tribal Style in New Orleans several years ago before moving to the area. I searched and searched for my "tribe" out here and luckily found her class. I've found that this dance style in particular creates a safe space for women to celebrate being women and it's also a place to find a like-minded community. I desperately needed that after moving from across the country and starting from scratch. I wish I'd found this sooner!! Since having my son several years ago, I'd definitely gone into full "mom mode" and forgotten to keep doing things for myself (I was a little overwhelmed with my new duties). I'd also disconnected from my body after an unexpectedly difficult child birth. Tribal bellydance is what I do to feel like myself again. It's my "me" time. It's helped me step back into and embrace my body again. It's also a great way to get into shape. Every muscle group is exercised and acknowledged. Sometimes after class I'm sore in the very best way in muscles I didn't even know I had! Another very important benefit of the class has been the realignment of my chakras and the reconnection of my body to soul. This style is so much more about that than entertainment or vanity, in my opinion. And to me that's priceless. If you're looking for your tribe or looking for a way to exercise while honoring your body in a sacred way, you should absolutely contact Diana. It's one of the best decisions I've ever made and it's been worth every hour and every penny.

The principal is also very attentive to the children and is always open to hearing from parents. I also appreciate the variety of extracurriculars offered, like Karate and ballet, which are so convenient. My son used to be quite shy and didn't interact much, but now he's much more confident and has made many friends. Even though he's moved on to a different school for Kindergarten, he still talks about his old teachers and continues to take piano lessons at the school on Saturdays. Our transition from being a stay at home mom/kid to a full time mom/attendee has been a breeze thanks to the staff! My daughter has learned so much and is always encouraged to still be a toddler before joining a school. The facility is always clean and very kid friendly. The director Mrs. Maria has a special place in my heart, she has really been there for not just my daughter, but the family!!! In 2023 I was diagnosed with cancer, and she was the first to ask "what can we do to help?". She along with then staff helped so much, just by giving my peace of mind that my daughter was in good hands while I underwent treatment. Also the added convenience of being able to make announcements over his mic proved much more effective over yelling at our guests at the top of our lungs to get their attention..lol.. We collabed on playing a "Hot Potato" type game with the kids for a prize, and all in all, I can't thank him enough for the awesome time everyone had. I will seek him out for all of our celebrations and events, moving forward.
