A lot has happened in…read morethe last 6 years, but one thing that has NOT changed is that Dr. Holleman continues to deliver amazing care! I continue to value and trust the staff here, and they are always staying up on the latest technological advances in dentistry. My last visit they did a 3d model scan of my teeth! It was really interesting, and I am thankful to have found this gem of a business years ago, and Lynn Lane Family Dentistry continues to be the only place I trust with my pearly whites

I'm 61 years old, and I have had many great doctors throughout my life, but never have I had a doctor who has the ability to always make me feel so cared for. Dr. Holleman's skill set is the very best, but that is not what defines her the most. Her genuine kindness and the respect that she always gives to others is what impresses me the most. Her entire office staff and team reflect her same attitude of always doing the little things to make sure the patients understand what they are doing and why. They are continuously making sure that you are comfortable. Attitude does reflect leadership, and the attitude of the entire staff at Lynn Lane Dentistry is second to none!

I thought I would try Aspen Dental again and see if maybe they had improved their services. They have not. I made an appointment and also drove over there to buy some teeth bleach. When I got there, I was told that because now I was considered a new patient they could not give me the teeth bleach until after they saw me. Way to make it all about money, Aspen Dental!! I received a text reminder about my upcoming appointment every single solitary day up until my appointment, which I confirmed yes, and filled out my paperwork again now that I was a new patient. When I showed up for my appointmen the bot at the front desk said "We tried to call you yesterday to verbally confirm your appointment and since we didn't get you we canceled your appointment." What the heck???????? First of all, I have confirmed at least a half a dozen times all the way up until today And you still cancelled my appointment? And by the way, I never received a call. Way to go! Way to lose a patient! If you are thinking about using them think twice. I have had two out of two bad experiences with them and would never, EVER recommend them to anybody on the planet.

They have taken months to get her implant finished. The billing process is confusing and made to pay upfront with no receipt for breakdown of charges. They do not bill the insurance properly. The office staff get confused about my wife's name and cant figure out that Pam and Pamela are the same person. Stay away from this dental office.

There is an ample supply of staff/techs of varying ethnics, sizes and shapes scurrying about in the back area. At 0800 there is no nasty acrilic odor and the waiting area is clean and tidy. There is a wide variety of patients from very old to quite young, and they all seem to be attended to very quickly and efficiently. The products The dental appliances are made and maintained in-house. There seems to be a wide variety of materials and quality with corresponding prices. The overall quality of the product is quite good. The dental appliances are ready 6-7 hours later. Then after a few adjustments we will be on our way. Overall The dentist made an appearance shortly after being shown to one of many treatment rooms. The biggest drawback to this place and others like it, is the push to upsell everything. Military

The dentist, Shane Tewis, was the nicest guy ever. Front desk staff were the same. Awesome. I had implants put in on the bottom and that helped tremendously. About 4 years after getting them, while on an anniversary trip out of state, I'm eating a SOFT taco and one of the front teeth ended up inside my mouth with the bite of taco. So that trip was ruined as I refused to go out in public with my 'summer teeth' - sum are there and some are not. As soon as I get home -3 days later, I call and get an appointment to have it put back in. Update, 8-19-2023. H aaa d to go in a 2nd time in the last 6 months to have the other front tooth put back in. Was untwisting a Luden's cough drop wrapper when it fell out. One more thing. I had a horrible stomach virus and I started projectile vomiting, I mean shooting puke from across the room to the toilet. I flushed my dentures before I knew it. Had to buy a new bottom plate. The gal that made the plate, I think graduated from her dental classes on Tuesday and these were put in on Friday. They've never snapped to the implants since day one. They rock like a seesaw. Not impressed, but I don't dare go back for fear that it would only be worse. Never had a bad experience except for one. I had a bare minimum chip, not noticeable at all, only to me when I ran my tongue across it. The gal says she'll smooth it out. 1/4 of my tooth is now missing because she didn't 'smooth' it out, she grounded it off! It looks stupid, but, I'm not paying for another top plate. Especially since I didn't ask for the tooth to be ground off at an angle.
