My package was severely damaged by Fed X and a bag of shot and the overshot cards were missing. After four hours of trying to deal with Fed X I was fit to be tied. Out of frustration I called BP and talked to the gentleman on the phone for just a few minutes and was told to take photos of the damaged box and send to them and they would take care of it. If you're into shotgun reloading this is the place to buy it from. They had everything I needed in this reloading supply issue that's going on in the US. the only problem I had was with the shipping. With one order I didn't get an email with a tracking number but was still able to track it through the website. On a second order I placed I got a tracking number but wasn't able to track it through the website. Luckily I was home for when my primers arrived so I could sign for them. It also didn't take to long for things to arrive, it's not Amazon Prime but took about a week to get here. But all in all I highly recommend ballistic products they have stuff other people don't have at the moment in this short supply. I highly recommend supporting this small business! read more

Every time I order from this company, there are problems, either lost-in-shipment deliveries, or this last time when they got hacked and my credit card was compromised. Unwilling to give them another credit card, I mailed a check per the sales manager's suggestion. He said they would hold the order until they rec'd and cashed the check. Three weeks later, after the check never cleared the bank, I called, and was told they never received it. I don't plan on doing business with this company again. read more

I ordered some powder from them a couple of time. They do not send a tracking number, and they ship FedEx with a signature required. It was not until the first missed delivery that I realized the package shipped 2 weeks after ordering. Then I had to Mke make arrangements to stay home from work to get the package. The next one I was on vacation, so I missed 3 deliveries. The package was lost for 30 day, then finally said it was being delivered today. I called to confirm before staying home from work. It was being held in a warehouse for pickup. The FedEx app is useless, no updates from BP, I will not order powder from them again. read more

I placed an online order on December 1st (Saturday), because I live in Hawaii BPI requotes the shipping and handling fees and notifies me of the actual invoice total. This was not done until the 7th of December (Friday). Upon receipt of the e-mail I immediately approved the total and expected prompt shipment. I sent another e-mail requesting the shipping date on the 11th (Tuesday) no response. I telephoned on the 12th (Wednesday) and was told that the order should have gone out? I requested the tracking number, guess what...no response. I sent an e-mail out the afternoon (HST) requesting that the order be cancelled. Lo and behold I got a response. They were so busy with other peoples orders that they shipped mine out on the 11th? and being USPS Priority I should receive it on or around the 17th.
