I saw he was helping another client, so I moseyed around for a bit, grabbed some targets, and set them up on the desk. I noticed his attitude right away with the other customer. When the customer asked him a question, he didn't respond at first, and when he finally did, he sounded like a pouting child who was upset that the guy had to ask him what caliber gun was on the wall. As things continued, he stacked a gun case on top of the targets. When I got close enough, he told me to put my targets back on the rack and basically get out of the way so he could finish helping the other client. I have never experienced service like this at this location before. This used to be my go-to place. I felt safe and comfortable here. I started my firearms journey here, and I just recently updated my CCW here with another gentleman who was courteous and professional. The funny thing is, I was on the phone with a buddy of mine who was helping me pick out a handful of handguns, ammo and helping me about a couple rifles. The employee scolded me about not seeing the sign that was clearly on the door walking in, my bad, Mr. A^%#hole Meanwhile, I'm outside still on the phone with my buddy and playing with the hedges while I was walking and talking and he had been watching me on the cameras inside and decided to come out the door and tell me to stop picking on the bushes and told Me I need to leave the premises. As a small business owner, I have to do everything in my power to create the best customer service ever to be competitive in the marketplace and also make sure that I keep my customers coming back. This guy in his trip of control and ego and power turned a man that had pocket of $7500 in cash to spend today. And I've been a loyal repeat customer in the past.
