Let me start by saying what a pleasure it was working with Isabel. She has a personality that makes you feel like you've known her for years upon first meeting her and she always showed up with a smile. I hired her to decorate for two graduation parties that were being held at my home two days apart. After talking to her about what I was trying to do, she sent me pictures of some of her past work and provided a lot of helpful information to assist in putting together beautiful displays for both events. Our first party was being held outdoors. Isabel arrived on time and ready to get to work. Because our start time was several hours after the installation, she set things up to best preserve the displays until we were ready to begin. She also provided great advice regarding the best placement for certain items, and precise instructions considering what the weather/wind conditions would be at our start time. Needless to say, everything turned out beautifully. Our experience with Isabel was the same for the indoor party two days later. She set up the beautiful display the day before our event, which made things much easier for us since it was an early party. I should also mention that Isabel did a wonderful job communicating from my first email to the final pickup. I initially reached out after her posted work hours, fully expecting to not receive a response until the following day. To my surprise, she responded right away. Any communication from that point on was met with the same energy. She was always very considerate of our time when scheduling appointments by asking what times worked best for us and texting to say when she was on her way.
