I ordered a balloon garland and booked a balloon artist to entertain the kids for my wedding. Brandon was always on top of his communication and very attentive. I initially requested for the garland to be on a bounce house(different vendor), but bounce house vendor was non-responsive and late. Andrea kindly waited over a hour for the bounce house to arrive. She had to leave for another event, so she helped set up the garland beautifully at a different spot. I appreciate how accommodating she was and her above and beyond customer service. We just celebrated my daughter's 3rd birthday and had the pleasure of having Victor doing balloon arts for the kids. The kids absolutely loved the characters that Victor was able to create. Second time using this company for balloons and first time for face paint. As always, the balloon art was amazing. The balloon artist was really able to respond to some unique requests; like BayMax (Big Hero 6), Maui's fishhook (from Moana), "a green lizard with a red bump on its head and tail" and " a purple and pink cat climbing a tree." The Maui's fishhook balloon just blew my mind; because first off- he knew what it was- AND the final result looked just like the real thing. The Ariel mermaid and Hulk were crazy good too. We got everything from flowers and animals and swords to superheroes and mermaids. It seems like every kid got exactly what they wanted, and each got something different. In their downtime, when there were no kids asking for a specific Balloon, the artist spent his time making us extra balloon art to match the theme of the party (superheroes, princesses, mermaids). We have used 2 other face painters in the past. The balloonagami artist was amazing at freehand work and special requests. We have had other artists who relied almost completely on stencils and had a limited menu of options. The balloonagami artist had a pre-printed menu of about 20 options, which was great for the indecisive kids and to see what she could do. But she also was able to fulfill almost any request the kids had; "a rainbow leopard with a long tail", "a scorpion", "bay max", etc. She was efficient, yet she didn't sacrifice quality or creativity just to try to do every child's paint in under 1 minute. We have had other face painters that worked very very quickly, but the options were very limited, and there's not a lot of artistry in that work. We have also had other face painters who mostly paint freehand, but not at the level of expertise as the balloonagami artist. So it was a good combination of being efficient, but also being very artistic and creative; she was able to get through all of the kids in 1 hour AND the most everyone's tattoo or face paint was different, tailored to what each child wanted. Another very important point was that the artists were on time; they arrived early to set up and were ready to go by their designated time. read more
