I had requested for just one artist to do both and they were able to staff exactly that. I received the name of the artist before the event. Kimberly was punctual and very good at both arts. To prevent a long line and kids losing time on the ice, I made a sign up sheet for the balloon requests so Kimberly work on them while the kids were skating. This method worked out very well. All the kids enjoyed her balloon creations and face painting. She even labeled the animals with each child's name to prevent someone else from taking them. I love twist and shout events! There was a constant line of guests waiting for their turn throughout the entire 1.5 hours! One of the best parts is that balloon twisting requires virtually no setup space, making it easy to fit into almost any party layout (just be prepared for the line that forms!). You can tell she treats her work as an art and is not there to simply slap some paint on a kid's face and call it a day. We hired her for 2 hours for face painting and balloon twisting and then on the day of we decided to extend the time by 30 minutes.
