The balloon arch we ordered looked great for the first 12 hours and then deflated and fell to the…read morefloor. It would have been fine for a one day event, however I'd specifically asked if the arch would stay up throughout our two day event and was told it would without any problem. When I came to the event hall the next morning, I could see we were were in serious trouble. When I called I was told that the arch had been up for almost 24 hours and if I needed it for two days, they should have been notified. ??? I thought that was the conversation we had. When I asked them to help, they told me they couldn't get there until 7 pm that night (the event started at 7:30 a.m.). When I told them I would dispute payment, they basically said---too bad and then didn't show up to remove the arch (which they had been paid to do). My bigger issue was their attitude about not being willing to help, when we really had a problem on our hands. I would only recommend them for a very, very short lived event and don't look for much customer service.

I can create elaborate sculptures for up to 20 children per hour, or smaller 2-4 balloon sculptures for up to 35 children per hour. Face painting is available as an add-on to balloons. I can paint full face or small cheek/arm art, around 12 children per hour. Balloon Classes are also available for parties, schools, and libraries. Children 8 years old and up can learn how to create a sword, flower, and hat in less than an hour. All balloons are supplied pre-inflated. Price depends on class size and helpers available.
