When I called at 10:10 AM, another woman told me that it was not written up that way. She told me that they will drop off the dumpster in 45 min, but it was more like 1 1/2 hours. So I took the day off work, woke up ready to go and begin filling the dumpster, but had to wait until after 11 AM to get started. Lost a lot of time. I called the company to figure out what's going on and they said they haven't been able to pick up the dumpster because there's not enough empty space around it to retrieve it. Seriously? If you managed to park it here, then you should be able to pick it up. This is the city, where people park on the street. If you cannot pick up a dumpster that's parked in the middle of a block then don't park a dumpster in the middle of a block. Or better yet, stick to jobs in the suburbs. Hopefully the City doesn't continue to use this company for street cleaning jobs.
