We had issues with the Mylar balloon I chose, but the true reason for the low rating is that not even 48 hours after picking the balloons up they are not floating at all. I feel like when I used to buy balloons they would last for like a week! I don't know if it has to do with the helium shortage or if zurchers is cutting theirs with something else to save money. I guess long story short this is a good place for most party supplies, just don't buy latex balloons and have them filled up here.
