No issues with Ballpark period. Drove vehicle to Virginia no problem. Drove up I-17 to 40 and headed for the east coast

It's ridiculous he charged me wrong tax amounts on 2 vehicles charged me like I purchased 2 vehicles the first vehicle I turned back into him he refused to correct the problems catalytic converter ..he never gave me full credit on the money I gave him and charged me twice for dealer fees plus twice for title, registration of $120 ...My second car didn't even make it home it overheated going from 43rd n camelback to to 67th Ave and Orangewood .....pretty sad....then he sent someone to my house ..to check all fluids ...so the next day I still didn't know what was wrong neither did the mechanic he sent ...well the mechanic put 4qts too much of tranny fluid in the car .......so I wouldn't believe a word the man says ..... Can't even pick up the phone to call me back that's why he left OHIO CHECK THE REVIEWS HE HAS THERE ....1 star only cuz I have to

So we are satisfied with the outcome. However they did want me to remove my review... I feel better just updating instead of removing that way people are aware to be mindful of the potential issues that may arise. Good luck! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JOKE OF A DEALERSHIP !!!!!! My brother went in and bought a 10,000 dollar vehicle from this dealership. As soon as he drove off and was so happy and proud of his new car BOOM ENGINE LIGHT. He Called them and let them know that it is throwing a catalytic converter code, so they told him to bring it in and that they would fix it right away! WRONG ..... these idiots didn't do not a single thing, and this is how I know .... When my brother went to go pick up his newly fixed vehicle, he went driving down the road again ENGINE LIGHT for the same thing so he calls them back up. Let them know it's happening again. They say "oh we forgot to tell you that after changing the catalytic converter it could throw some weird o2 sensor codes". So they tell him to bring it in again and they'll "fix" it.... So when my brother drops off his vehicle they told him they will take a look at it , well they come back and end up telling him they are going to have to change the catalytic converter .... Ummm okkkk thought you already did that . So they take the car for almost a week .... We just got it back and now the o2 censor light is coming on .... So my brother who is mechanically inclined crawls under his vehicle and wouldn't you know it ....... There is no catalytic converter even attached to the damn exhaust of the car ... my brother looks at the paperwork and it has written on it "replaced catalytic converter" (scratched out) and it says that they attached a o2 censor Defouler to it. If you are unaware what that is this device bypasses the exhaust system so the engine light does not come back on.... So with that being said bypassing an exhaust system, so the engine light does not come on means that this vehicle is unable to pass emissions and that is the law in Maricopa county. Take this as a warning and steer clear from New Deal Auto there are NO DEALS here .....

All their staff are friendly and well trained in their method of selling. They are a no negotiation dealer, and have a few high price add-ons that they push including a high document fee and a cleaning and prep charge . We decided to buy and that's when problems started. Either the staff isn't well trained in using the computer program, or the program isn't a good one. Firstly, the contract was written up for the wrong car but with the right VIN. Then it took two hours to get a corrected copy. Then they put the wrong name on the receipt for the deposit. When we came back the next day with the funding, a small scuff on the car hadn't been buffed out as promised, so there was another wait. Would I buy from them again? I probably would give them a chance again. All in all, even the ridiculous no choice charge for what is basically a Scotchgard treatment, we saved between $2500-$3000.

Took it back and they said they found nothing wrong so I have to pick it up and try again instead of them testing the problem. They wouldn't add gas to see the actual problem. Picked it up, took it to a gas station and it did the same thing. I moved it around a little and tried again and gas would flow but there's obviously an issue that they don't care to fix. Go anywhere else but here to buy a car. Also, why so many workers standing around in the lobby but I have to wait hours every time I have to come down there even when I have an appointment after checking in. Ridiculous.

He did a good job of answering our questions, and we were able to get a reduction in the down payment and a $500 price reduction for being a returning customer. However, when the time came to sign the final paperwork, Adrian had to work with another customer, so he sent Bob to complete the paperwork with us. Bob, however, was very pushy and unwilling to answer our questions, sometimes presenting papers to us saying they were about something in particular, when they really were about a couple of other things as well. He seemed annoyed when my wife wanted to check things over in the paperwork to make sure that we knew what we were signing and could agree to it. At first he didn't want to tell us about the hidden GPS system that is put in all their cars in case you are delinquent on your payments. He also implied that people who come in to have things checked out in the first fifteen days could get charged a diagnostic fee and a labor fee if it turned out the mechanics didn't find a problem, saying that some people bring their cars in to be checked out for what he considered to be trivial reasons. So the final paperwork process was by far the worst part of our car-buying experience. Shortly after we bought the car, an issue did come up, and we brought it in to service, and everything went fine. So, once again, we have what seems so far like a good car, and while the car-buying experience there was mostly a good one, I must say that the final paperwork process with Bob was not satisfactory.

This was many years ago now but I was desperate for a car having just moved to Gilbert. Something under the hood of the car rattled from about 15 minutes of buying it (as soon as I got on the freeway) until I traded it in 6 years ago. I made it through all the payments somehow. Please realize that every 2 weeks means sometimes having 3 payments in one month. The cars are all crap. The only good thing is they worked with me in my circumstances and I had a car to go to work in but I was probably better off not getting one. Just say no!!!
