No issues with Ballpark period. Drove vehicle to Virginia no problem. Drove up I-17 to 40 and headed for the east coast

I would not recommend buying a vehicle from New Deal Auto…read more I financed my first vehicle through them, and it had a slipping transmission. They replaced it with another vehicle, but the very first day I drove it off the lot, it shut off on me and had to be towed back. Now I've found out it has electrical problems, and I haven't even had this vehicle for a year. I'm a single mother who put $2,500 down, trusting this dealership to sell me a reliable vehicle. Instead, I feel like I was sold another lemon. Every time I call for help, I get excuses and empty promises. The service manager, Jerry, has repeatedly told me the problems were fixed, only for the same issues to continue. They've kept my car for a week at a time, returned it to me saying it was repaired, and the problems never went away. My salesman, Eric, hasn't been helpful either. Once they made the sale, it felt like customer service and honesty disappeared. Please do yourself a favor and have any vehicle from this dealership inspected by an independent mechanic before you buy it. Don't just take their word for it. I hope my experience helps someone else avoid the stress, financial burden, and frustration that I've had to deal with.

1 STAR -- VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH FAMILY AUTO GROUPS LLC…read more I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 from Family Auto Groups LLC in Phoenix on August 19, 2026, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. I have had the truck for less than a month, and it has already required multiple trips back for repairs. The first major issues included a check-engine light, thermostat problems, and a serious fuel leak where fuel was pouring from the rear of the truck. The vehicle was taken back to the dealership/shop for repairs. Unfortunately, the problems have continued. The truck is now back for repairs again, the check-engine light has returned with EVAP-related issues, and the rear cab window will not close. I had to drive for approximately five days in the Arizona heat with the window open. This truck is my only transportation, so repeatedly having it in the shop has caused significant problems getting to and from work and has created a major hardship. I understand that used vehicles can have issues, but having serious problems arise so shortly after purchasing the vehicle and having to repeatedly return it for repairs is unacceptable from my perspective. I am posting this review so other potential buyers know about my experience. Please have any vehicle independently inspected before buying from this dealership. Make sure you understand exactly what warranty, repair, and return terms apply to your purchase before signing anything. I hope Family Auto Groups LLC will ultimately take responsibility for addressing these problems and work toward a fair resolution. Until then, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership Echo Park Avondale, AZ…read more I scheduled a visit to test drive a vehicle I found online and arrived prepared to purchase the vehicle with my own financing already secured. Unfortunately, after spending more than 90 minutes at the dealership, I never even got to see or test drive the vehicle. My salesperson, Kim ( a dishonest, disheveled, incompetent ,ungroomed, inappropriate unprofessional man), repeatedly failed to provide basic information I requested. When I asked for the battery State of Health (SOH) report, I was instead shown tire tread information. It took approximately 40 minutes just to receive a copy of the Carfax report. He wanted me to look at his iPad when I asked for a paper copy. I was told the dealership could not locate the vehicle key because another employee, Hayden, had checked it out and was on lunch. I waited over an hour and a half for the key to be returned, but the vehicle was never made available. I was later told that I would receive a call once the key was returned. When I asked to speak with a manager, Austin came out and assured me that someone would follow up. As of today, I have still not received any communication from either the salesperson or management. I also requested a call from the General Manager and have not received a response. The only employee who provided professional and courteous customer service was Michelle, who handled appointment scheduling. Overall, I felt my time was not respected, communication was poor, and the dealership was unprepared to assist a customer who was ready to purchase a vehicle. Based on my experience, I would recommend that potential buyers do thorough research and ask detailed questions before doing business here.

We were repeat customers, having bought a car at Cactus Jack's five years earlier which worked out…read morewell for us. This time, we worked with Adrian on purchasing our car. He did a good job of answering our questions, and we were able to get a reduction in the down payment and a $500 price reduction for being a returning customer. However, when the time came to sign the final paperwork, Adrian had to work with another customer, so he sent Bob to complete the paperwork with us. Bob, however, was very pushy and unwilling to answer our questions, sometimes presenting papers to us saying they were about something in particular, when they really were about a couple of other things as well. He seemed annoyed when my wife wanted to check things over in the paperwork to make sure that we knew what we were signing and could agree to it. At first he didn't want to tell us about the hidden GPS system that is put in all their cars in case you are delinquent on your payments. He also implied that people who come in to have things checked out in the first fifteen days could get charged a diagnostic fee and a labor fee if it turned out the mechanics didn't find a problem, saying that some people bring their cars in to be checked out for what he considered to be trivial reasons. So the final paperwork process was by far the worst part of our car-buying experience. Shortly after we bought the car, an issue did come up, and we brought it in to service, and everything went fine. So, once again, we have what seems so far like a good car, and while the car-buying experience there was mostly a good one, I must say that the final paperwork process with Bob was not satisfactory.

They claim all vehicles are inspected and safe for the road but turns out, they only inspect just enough to get it off the lot. Not only are the cars pieces of junk, they opt themselves out every time you try to get the vehicle serviced or have issues. Nonetheless, we got a car from here hoping it would be a good investment only to have the car for 4 months and it catches fire on the I-17. Don't ever buy a car from here or any cactus jacks dealer.
