    watch out ! this guy will literally try to sell U a car & then leave mid sale like what?? ok dork. anyways we had someone else help us but watch out for the literal dweeb who will racially profile u and ur friends. two other employees literally saw and came up to us and apologized because of how rude and awkward he was

    More dishonest tricks ! They say "Cash only" however they don't have a "buy here pay here" option, so they get 100% cash regardless! They absolutely don't negotiate! Firm "take it or leave it "! They insert a useless auto warranty (AUTTO) that costs you from $999 to $2999 l THEY purchase bulk "Warranties" for $275 each* (DAVE RAMSEY ) and sell them for as much as they can GET! They roll them into the loan so you don't even have time to think. "Do I have to take the warranty? I don't really want a warranty" IT'S ALREADY IN THE LOAN PACKAGE! It's been approved! YES! I'll have to cancel the loan and start looking for someone else to take the loan!! Big hassle! You might NOT get the car! Everybody wants a warranty with a used car. It just make sense if you drive off the lot and the engine blows up Or the transmission goes out , you have nothing to worry about you have a extended warranty. THEY ADD % TO YOUR LOAN! It's called "The buy rate" Finance Company says they will give a loan of 12%, dealer adds 3% and collects a 3% buy rate bonus from the loan check! "Well, can you fix the crack in the windshield? "All cars are as is ! your insurance company will fix it " PLUS $599.00 Dealer Doc Fee! Non negotiable! You MUST PAY IT OR GET UP AND LEAVE! Every car they sell! Even the Cheap Cars on special! "$2995! Cash only! (Plus $599 doc fee) STAY FAR AWAY!

    Forgot to review this place but I Really like this place Jaydin helped us getting a bigger vehicle after having my 2nd daughter we were able to stay around our budget but if looking for a used car for sure come here they are nice and patient friendly and easier on price cars compared to online shopping

Despite the truck…read morebeing absolutely filthy inside at the time of purchase, we decided to move forward with the sale, believing the condition was something we could address ourselves. Prior to visiting the dealership, we were quoted a certain monthly payment online. However, during the sales process, Ron Russell aggressively pressured us into purchasing additional products, including GAP insurance, a Vehicle Service Contract, and LoJack. As a result, our monthly payment increased by more than $200 above the amount we had originally been led to expect. We expressed concerns about the added cost, and Ron specifically told us that we could cancel these products at a later date if we decided we did not want them, and that doing so would lower our monthly payment. After speaking directly with the finance company, we learned this was false. We were informed that cancelling these products would not reduce our monthly payment in any way; it would only be applied toward the principal balance of the loan. We feel we were misled in order to close the sale and purchase products we may not have otherwise agreed to. The discrepancy between what we were told and the reality of the financing terms is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the integrity of the sales process. We are extremely disappointed with this experience and believe DriveTime should address these deceptive sales practices.

I'm not sure what happened with the door that it had to be glued back together. The low pressure tire light also came on. So I took it to get checked out and the guy told me that my tires were from 2017, and most likely the original tires to the car. He then tells me that they are not safe and need to be replaced asap. Really disappointed. Their inspection process is obviously a complete flop. I will not buy another car here.

Do you have the desire to simply be treated like a human being and not a sale/commission? Try Nelson's. They aren't a normal car lot... and if you understand business and the costs associated with it all you'll get it once you see their offerings. We were able to get a reliable car for our teenage son at just the right price. It didn't need any mechanical work done, and when we took it to get new tires it was verified that the suspension and brakes were both in great shape (hard to check those otherwise). Bonus: the picture of the car online actually matched what the car looked like in person. No "from this angle you can't see the huge scratch down the side of the entire car" shots. What you see is what you get. When I followed up on the sole issue with the car (a windshield replacement that was included with the car purchase due to a chip in the one it came with) I received a prompt response including confirmation that the title and plate were sent - plus an ask for me to let him know that we received it. That's not something you'll EVER get from a big name dealership. I will absolutely come back to Cody and his team should I ever be in the market for another car. (That would be a brokering deal, which they also do!)

The car we had seen on Facebook was just in the process of getting washed. It was exactly as depicted on Facebook. There were no slimy sales techniques. Everything Cody did was professional. He knew a lot about the car, showed us the Car Fax report, was completely transparent about everything. We were shopping on a Saturday night and he delivered the car to us on Sunday with a full tank of gas. We will go back to Cody and Nelson's for future used cars. He sent me the information to complete a credit app on Monday and 2 days later tells me something was wrong, and I needed to complete another credit app. Which is fine, I get it. I sent the credit app again and advised that I need to put $1,500 more as a down payment. Which we agreed to. Two more days pass, I sent him a text asking if he has an update. No answer. On Saturday he finally texted me, asking "When I am picking up my truck?" I then ask him to send me the details of the approval as a normal process of financing a car. The sales rep responded "explain" I then clarified " how much monthly payment is and for how long?" He then said " Give me a few I am with a customer" No response. Then Tuesday came around and he asked if I am picking up my truck today because hes going to put the truck back on the market. I then again asked for the information I requested on Saturday. Which he then responds " IDK what the payments are. What are you expecting to pay?" I had to explain to him that I submitted a credit app for his creditor to tell me how much I need to pay and for how long? Otherwise why would they run my credit? His only response was " My boss said your deposit was good till yesterday, come get your deposit." SKETCHY company. My partner was furious and called the manager, who told him " its like crying over spilt milk." I provided them my information and they ran my credit for no reason. I am glad the deal did not go through after reading all of these other reviews. Please dont waste your time or your money here. Something so simple became such an inconvenience.

I went out of town and the truck broke down on me and then asked him to help me get it back to Phoenix from Showlow they told me I was on my own I then got back to Phoenix after several days being stranded and spoke to the manager Anna she said I pretty much will not get my deposit back because I brought the truck back and then told her that we did not even have a finance company and it's been three weeks with no communication since I don't have a finance company I am Due to have my deposit returned even her coworker agreed over the phone on that previous Sunday she said no and leave the truck there I did ask when will I receive a call she did not respond. The car was priced well and there were no extra BS fees added, just a standard processing fee that was lower than most dealers in the industry. Very pleasantly surprised at the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate purchasing another vehicle from the m or recommending their dealership. The customer is important to them, you get that right away. I was needing to purchase a sedan as my aging mom couldn't step up into my truck any longer, so I needed a nice car cheap. As it turns out, that's really a specialty of theirs. I bought a beautiful Cadillac XTS that looks like a $60k car and he sold it to me for $11k. Insane deal. I've actually had this car for over a year now and it's as perfect as the day I bought it. His warranties seem different also. Example - I took it in for an oil change. That was part of the warranty package. So are the brake pads...so is the battery. What?! Honestly, try Jim's before going to any other dealer. You'll be glad you did!
