    Odometer reading

I normally try to be fair before leaving a negative review, and I want to be clear that the staff I interacted with in person were polite. However, my overall service experience was extremely disappointing and has left me with serious concerns about communication, transparency, and trust. I brought my truck in for recalls and a transmission issue involving hard shifting and delayed engagement. The dealership confirmed the transmission needed to be replaced, which is obviously a major repair. I understand major repairs take time. What I do not understand is how poorly the situation was handled once my vehicle was no longer drivable. For 13 days, I was left without transportation. During that time, I still had to figure out how to get to work, get groceries, and handle normal daily responsibilities without a vehicle. I reached out multiple times asking if there were any loaner, rental, Enterprise, rental reimbursement, or manufacturer assistance options available. My questions about transportation assistance were repeatedly ignored or brushed aside. I was simply told I was "on the list" for a loaner and that they were waiting for one to become available. After nearly two weeks, I was finally given a rental. At that point, I was told my truck would likely be another two weeks out because the technician needed to drive it approximately 100 miles to make sure the replacement transmission was operating properly. That made sense to me, especially since the transmission was the main reason I brought the truck in. However, the paperwork and mileage tell a very different story. The repair paperwork shows mileage in at 37,692 and mileage out at 37,792, but when I picked up the truck, the odometer showed 37,703.7 miles. After accounting for the miles I personally drove from the dealership back home, it appears the truck was only driven approximately 5 miles by the dealership. Nowhere close to the 100-mile verification drive I was told would be performed. That discrepancy is extremely concerning. If I was told the vehicle needed an extended test drive to confirm the transmission repair, but the mileage suggests that did not actually happen, it naturally makes me question what else on the repair process or paperwork may not be accurate. Was the transmission fully tested? Were all procedures completed properly? Was the vehicle actually verified under real driving conditions? As a customer, I should not be left guessing after a major transmission replacement. The issue is not just the repair time. The issue is the pattern: vague communication, dismissed transportation concerns, inconsistent timelines, and now mileage that does not appear to support what I was told. A transmission replacement is a major repair, and customers need to be able to trust the dealership performing that work. Based on my experience, I do not feel that trust was earned here. I would not recommend servicing your vehicle here if communication, transparency, and confidence in the work performed matter to you.

Wow...$180 for a regular oil change. Absolutely ridiculous. My husband definitely won't be returning for any services!

He knows in text ...That I inquired about APU trucks and then I honed in on my next few big items. One of the very next items on my search on top of my list and I specifically stated" it had to have "adaptive cruise". I honed in a a truck that should have had it based on the year and Model asked him to affirm and he did and I made a offer. We made a deal. I asked about accident history to which Rob said no history as far as he knows and no other evidence except what I thought was skecy part for mfg . No other evidence came up during inspection. I checked everything I could think to prior to taking delivery but there was no way to be able to check the adaptive cruise. Lots of different textured paint on lower fairings and frt Bumper. He said he didn't seem concerned and thought the paitn was fine . We test drove they are in a highly congested area and we went out for a drive at 4:00ish . no place to use cruise ...Camera safety thing which I think is part of the electronic cruise worked as far as crossing lines. But after reading up it works in conjunction with a bumper mounted radar sensor to detect traffic I front . I am pretty sure if I sold trucks for a living, I would know that that black license size thing on all the bumpers of Kenworth Trucks are for adaptive Cruise ! So yes I picked up the truck drove it home and realized quickly , no adaptive cruise ! My second highest priority in our negotiation and clearly in our text thread. All I have for recourse is this . Its not right. Management should review text and take responsibility for the obvious expectation and oversight by Rob . I was hoping against hope they would do the right thing review my inquiry prior to purchase in a text string and offer to replace and fix radar. Nope He ( Rob acknowledged our conversation ) and said he spaced it with all the other things going on But said they will not do anything about it except say sorry about that. Its a 1000 just fr the part . I am NOT happy . A different decision and this could have been a 5 instead of a 2 Star. Their future success is vulnerable if this is there mindset .:(:( I would be careful . Was proudly going to use there free advertisement Mud flaps . I may yank off or leave on and if anyone inquires I will tell my story . They probably spend 10's of thousands in advertising and I say a resolved service after the sale is the cheapest BEST ADVERTISEMENT you can spend . FYI I like writing 5 Star reviews a lot more!!!

Got all my documents and truck has been running great. Thanks to Ric and the team there at Arrow!read more

We recently…read morepurchased a used truck and, after bringing it home, discovered a few things that needed to be addressed. What impressed us most was how this dealership handled everything. They didn't make excuses, cut corners, or do the bare minimum. Brian, the owner, and Frank, the mechanic, were both awesome and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure everything was repaired properly and that we were completely satisfied. They were honest, responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. Even after the sale, they continued to follow through and make sure everything was handled correctly. Frank even called us the day after we picked up the truck just to make sure everything was good and that we were happy with it. That kind of personal follow-up and customer service is hard to find! The repairs were done right--not just the quickest or cheapest way possible. They took the time to address everything thoroughly and make sure the truck was in the condition it should have been. You don't always find that kind of integrity and commitment when buying a used vehicle. We truly appreciate everything Brian, Frank, and the entire dealership did for us. We would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. If you want a dealership that stands behind what they sell, doesn't cut corners, and genuinely cares about its customers, this is the place to go! Thank you again for going the extra mile and taking such great care of us. We couldn't be happier with the way everything was handled!

I wish I never did business with this company in the first place.
