We thought our trip was ruined but we called RV OnSite and John could not have been more responsive. And came to us on Thanksgiving Eve!! He went and got parts and fixed our camper in the dark!!! We expected to pay a lot more than we did. John and his wife were so sweet. I hope we don't NEED their services ever gently again, but I would never hesitate to call them if I did.

This part was NEVER used. Adamantly, no exceptions, as that was their policy. Nowhere could I find that posted. To me this was very unethical.
