It was more complicated, so I had BAM come out. They diagnosed the problem pretty quickly after being able to look at the plumbing system. They were able to repair it with new parts that they went and picked up and made sure we were satisfied with. Professional, proficient, and treated us like we were friends they were trying to help. The owner is a U.S.M.C. veteran, and he offers a veteran's discount. Great service! Mobile RV service and repair is kind of expensive, but having used other services and having compared their prices, I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was considerably less than what I would have paid with other services. I have BAM's phone number in my contacts and will call them every time I need mobile RV repairs or service.

My first experience with going into their store but just looking around it seems like they are a VERY well stocked rv parts store and not just the typical rv maintenance and cleaning stuff you find at other locations. This part was NEVER used. Adamantly, no exceptions, as that was their policy. Nowhere could I find that posted. To me this was very unethical.
