I would not hire these guys ever again. #Verifiedpurchase I hired them to put lights up. The yard was littered with debris from the work they did. Plastic pieces, broken plastic, broken lights, lights scattered, all around my yard and lots in the shrubs. I have not even looked at the gutters. When they came to take the lights down I waited for 5 hrs past the time they said they would be here and then got a text telling me they pushed me to the next day. I then waited the next day and they didnt ring the doorbell just took lights off and dropped them on my front porch. This company really is as good as the reviews say. I initially called for a quote - they answered the phone right away, lady was pleasant, and knowledgable. Their quote beat the other company I called, and they could come out the very next day, so I went with them. SO GLAD I DID. Their work was amazing (who knew our windows were so dirty?!). Crew was polite and efficient. Even better - I mentioned to them a week later that I felt like a couple windows needed some extra love and she sent a crew out that same day. Listen I never say anything but I won't be using bam window cleaning again. We have had scheduling issues, after issues. The scheduler said " we showed up and no one was there " . I said well you didn't call to say what day you were coming . Then he said the owner will be there tomorrow to talk to and do the service. At 1 the next day I said "what time are they coming "he said " owner on zoom , they should have been there at 12" at 3:00 they showed up no owner. Then I got an invoice before the job was done , then got the wrong invoice and the owner never cared to call me after two weeks of no communication and instances after instances continuing. They were supposed to show up two weeks ago to pressure wash and no one showed up and then I get a bill for pressure wash . I sent him a text saying how bad it was and no call or care. Said I won't be using your company again. He wrote " Perfectly fine. Will send invoice for windows. Thanks" There were many other issues . I don't pay for a job before it's done and I don't pay for services that aren't done. I also can't sit around for a week straight waiting for someone to show up. The technicians were great though it's a shame they had to hear it from me. I told them it's not y'all . Looking for a different window and pressure washing company . BAM did a great job on the windows of my townhouse. They arrived on time and worked quickly, and the windows themselves look great. They even dusted a second-story window sill while they were up there cleaning the window. A few days after they'd been here I couldn't get the bedroom windows open, so I called the company back and Dustin came out the next day. The windows work perfectly again and I appreciated that they took that seriously and made it a priority without any excuses. It was easy to schedule the initial appointment, too. There's a minimum charge of $150 (I had just six windows to clean) but I think that's a very reasonable price for the ease of getting the work done and for the quality of the work that they did. read more

Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience recently with BAM as compared to the previous two experiences. The job didn't get completed when the first crew came. When I called to let the office know they missed the large 2nd story picture window and two others at the back of the house, I was told someone would be back that afternoon. No one came and no called me to let me know the wouldn't be coming back by that day. The next day I received a call and scheduled a time for the job to be completed. I was initially told they had ladders to actually hand wash my large, 2nd story window. Unfortunately the person who came the second time cleaned the windows with an extension pole and as he drove off two large streaks of washing solution came streaming across the large window. . . I called and left that message but no one has ever called me back. However, they didn't hesitate to charge my credit card which they obviously kept on file from the last cleaning because I never authorized them to keep my credit card number.
