They have lots of appetizers that they call "Nibblers," Quesadillas, Tacos, and more! It's all great; they're quick, and everything is always cooked fresh and served hot! Plus, the staff on this truck are amazing! I have personally worked with them several times for an annual non-profit fundraising event, and they have worked harder, faster, and friendlier than you could imagine. If you see this truck out, you should definitely stop for a bite! I highly recommend them for lunch or dinner any time. I tried the drunken chicken which was cooked with tomatoes and beer and served over a generous bed of white rice. I had a bit of indigestion afterwards, but it truly may have been me versus the tomatoes. We also ordered a prepackaged Kizito chocolate chip cookie, which made for some happy patrons. They had a few vegetarian options, from tater tots to what drew my eye- fried halloumi! What is halloumi you ask? It's a hard cheese from a variety of goat and sheep milk from the Mediterranean region of the world that is delicious. It does great grilled or fried. In…read morethis time of social distancing, I love the convenience of delivery, especially if it's free. Today I ordered a shrimp po'boy with a side of mac and cheese, and a Nashville chicken sandwich with coleslaw on the side. I also got some vodka. Delivery was through text, so check their Facebook to see if they're nearby. The sandwiches were delicious! The amount of shrimp was generous and they were so tender. Not too spicy. Delivery was very fast and friendly. In this time of minimal contact I felt safe because they assured me the credit card device was cleaned, but you have the option to just swipe and not touch it if that makes you feel safer. I will definitely order again soon and hopefully they'll be around long after the social distance thing is over so I can meet the folks behind the delicious food in person!
