We eat here quite often with our families and usually it's awesome but tonight was another story. Good Mongolian but the service is sub par by the bad hair dye blonde waitress with all that eyebrow drawn on her face. When we were seated at 8:40 she immediately asked for our drink order which was given, it took her maybe 10 mins to bring to our table at this point we weren't impressed. She then tried to give us boxes after we had just sat down to eat. It felt as if she was trying to push us out. It was only 9 tho and they close at 930... when we replied with "we aren't done eating" she then said " you're so rude, omg I'm so done" After that we ate and not at anytime did anybody come to check on us until closing time. Then the manager came and gave us Our boxes and said that she took over because the blonde couldn't handle never did the manager say "I'm sorry" instead we got a "okay" and "usually people like her but maybe she's acting this way because it's late". The blonde then started spraying cleaners on the floor right above where we were eating. We asked her if she could stop for a little it because it was irritating our children's throats causing them to cough as well as the other groups around us. She replied with a "I have to clean!" The manager then again came back to check on us and we explained to her about the cleaner and all we got was "okay". The waitess needs a new attitude and the manager needs to learn how to be a manager her staff. read more

Honestly this is one of my favorite places to eat. The cooks are amazing and funny. I hate the soup. Rice really depends on the day sometimes it's crunchy sometimes it's good. My brother and sisters and I always come in here. When I lived in the tri cities we would go at least once a week now it's our favorite place to go whenever I come back to town. Been very hard to find a place like this around where I live. And now they have a loyalty card! The servers are the best and they always remember us when we come in. read more

I'm glad we didn't judge the place on looks from the outside, because we probably wouldn't have stopped. From the outside and the area of town it's in, we weren't expecting it to be that great. However, my family was very impressed! The building is old, but they keep it clean and well maintained. The food was fresh and the meats were cut thick, not paper thin like 99% of all other Mongolian BBQ places. The cook was very chatty and super nice. The waitress was extreme pleasant and helpful too. The menu has 3 bowls sizes and prices. We went at dinner and the small was $8.35, the medium $10.29, and the large $13.49. But the best deal was the all you can eat price for only $13.99. Only 50 cents more than the large. We will definitely be back again. read more

The name of this place is actually 'Bamboo Mongolian Grill.' Not just mongolian grill. Today was the first time I came here and I usually go to the one in Kennewick on Kennewick ave (somewhere around there.) The outside isn't as impressive but the inside is actually very nice. They're fairly large inside and while I think they could use more lighting around the booths area, at least the rest of the place was well lit. So for the dinner a large bowl was around $12 and for two it was about $26 after tax. My husband really liked their soup and rice. Both seem fairly fresh or at least not old or 'crunchy.' The interesting thing is that for about $13 you can do an all you can eat. What made me really like this place was the variety it has. I'll list some of the stuff that I remember that other places doesn't have; Tofu, the other type of noodles (the flat ones), fish, corn, and different types of seeds. And of course it had the usual veggies and meat. But I really loved the option of fish and tofu. The thing that I thought was interesting is that their sauces has ice cubes in it. I'm guessing to make it stay cold. But I would think that it would water it down. But mine still came out amazing. I do believe it feels a bit pricy (like a dollar more then the other one) but it feels like its worth it. The service was alright and I liked how one of the cooks immediately greeted us and gave us water while the server was somewhere else. Overall, the restaurant was very neat and clean, cooks were nice and took their time making your food amazing, and very nice variety! Will definitely come back for more! read more

Simply second best. Save your money and go to a Mongolian restaurant in Kennewick. You can tell that the business is losing customers. They try to rip you off for every nickle and dime you have. It's definitely below par in comparison to its competitors. read more
