The chicken and beef yakisoba had a sour taste that was very off putting. The beef was like leather and very bland. The consistency of the chicken in the chicken teriyaki looked like canned tuna. Parts of it had the same texture, and other parts were dry and hard. There was barely any teriyaki sauce on it so I asked for more. Even covering it with an obscene amount of teriyaki sauce couldn't make it good. The gyoza wasn't bad but they borderline burnt. Honestly, the rice was the only thing that was good. We spent $70 and left pretty much all of our food there when we left. We did not make a scene or ask for a refund, but we will DEFINITELY never go back. read more

This is one of my go to for Teriyaki. Plates are always delicious never disappoints. It's a family owned restaurant. They have also won best lunch place in the last two years in Tri-Cities. The lady is supper sweet and great customer service. read more

1st time eating at this establishment. Ordered Spicy Teriyaki chicken, Beef Yakisoba and a 3-piece Tempura Shrimp. Shrimp was pretty good as was the tangy dipping sauce. Spicy Teriyaki chicken was ok, but the spicy sauce was not what I was used to which I believe is usually Siracha sauce combined with Teriyaki sauce, but it was interesting and different (I'm always willing to try something once), but still fell very short. I'm also used to most Teriyaki restaurants grilling their chicken, so it has crispy edges and still moist in the middle (a fine balance I'm sure). This chicken simply lacked crispiness and the usual spicy flavor. The Beef Yakisoba lacked the usual Yakisoba smoky flavor and had very little meat for the money. When viewing the menu, I saw the dinners included stir-fried vegetables instead of salad and was excited about that, but it turned out to be the worst part of the dinner as they were overcooked and soggy. They tasted more like they were over-steamed with little flavor. Customer service was good with no issues there. Will not be back. read more

Stopped in for some delicious food for my work lunch and got it to go. The staff was extremely helpful very patient with my custom order and extremely nice the entire time. I overheard an incident that they were dealing with earlier today and I deeply regret that some racist person in this town came acting crazy earlier in the day and nearly attacked them and berated them with racial slurs. This is a fantastic business ran by fantastic people and they treat each customer like family. I can't wait to eat here again and again and again. The food was fantastic and I look forward to my next visit! As a Ben Franklin Transit driver I will have the opportunity to stop in here a lot and they will see me a lot! read more

Gotta say it's a sad day. I'll start with the positive I've been here for lunch and left happy and the staff/owners have always been friendly. So... my first choice was Noodle zone but for some reason they closed early today but I was feeling like easing Asian food so I go to Teriyaki Grill and see the price difference between the eight dollar lunch and eleven dollar dinner price the lady up front said you get more food at the dinner price not true if anything I got less but paid more. In the picture I have my hand over the food to demonstrate how small the portion was. Adding insult to injury almost a quarter of the container was filled by the teriyaki sauce container. Lesson learned next time I'll just wait for Noodle zone for my Teriyaki craving and maybe revisit this restaurant only when eating in and during lunch. read more

Also while waiting for my food another customer in the lobby was scared as a spider fell from the ceiling and crawled away. I got the vegetable teriyaki. The vegetables are primarily cabbage and have no texture or flavor. It's like they've been boiled all day. There is a cup of "teriyaki" that tastes like soy sauce with a ton of sugar dissolved in it. No smoky taste or seasoning. No difference between the taste of the rice or the vegetables. My family was just cussed out with the F word for asking for something to put the eggrolls in so they did not get cold on the drive home. I travel with my 11 year old son for Hockey, Soccer, and a little for baseball, and we search for the best Teriyaki everywhere we go. This place is the closest to our home, and sadly is at the bottom of our list. I have occasionally gone here (3-4 times in last 3 years), and it has been a let down every time. Price is average with others in 3 state area, but quality is worse than most. Our favorites are in The Seattle area, a couple in the Portland area. I also rate Woo's on G.W. way much higher. Meat has always been tough here, teriyaki sauce is pretty good, and the "salad" is tasteless steamed cabbage...horrible. You will get lots of rice, lots of "salad", and not alot of dry dark meat... This is my final try for this place, and thus my review.... just not worth it. Panda across the streets Teriyaki with white rice will now be my regular for quick meal teriyaki that is o.k.... We have eaten here several times and found the food average. Average not in a bad way. It's tasty; the quality of meat is decent; and the service is fairly quick. We typically do take away at the drive through but the servers are nice. I equate this place with any of the myriad of fast food joints on Road 68. And as this place is family owned and run, it definitely gets an edge over Panda or any other quick service restaurants. We typically get the bulgogi/ "Bulkogi" beef and either the pork or the white meat chicken. The teriyaki sauce is sweet but not overly so, but its a bit on the thin side. Finally the side of vegetables are cabbage heavy, but I happen to like cabbage quite a bit. And there is a faint seasoning on the veggies that's nice. They are often over cooked but this time they were still firm. All in all, I don't expect a full service Asian restaurant rather a quick bite when we are too tired to cook and don't want junk. read more

I say this because there was barely any spice and let alone teriyaki on my plate and it was made in 5min. Taste was bland ....Save yourself the trip here and try something else. Coming from a large city with some of the best teriyaki establishments, this is a great find for a small town. We love their selections and their prices. The option to order and drive through for a pickup is nice. I refuse to endorse a single meal, as that is something that must be tried and tested. I have yet to find a dish that I didn't like. Their service is fast and accurate. We tend to take our meals to go. However, there is plenty of parking and seating. A nice open floor plan. Definitely bring your appetite.
