I've been here multiple times now and I can say it's one of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever been to. There hasn't been a single thing that I've tried that I haven't liked! The Wonton with Garlic sauce is a 10/10 must have. Dan Dan Noodles, xiao long bao soup dumplings, and the sweet and sour chicken are also extremely good I get them almost every time. Other things I've tried include steamed bbq buns, kung pao chicken, bbq pork fried rice, egg drop soup, beef rice noodles, general tso's chicken, broccoli beef, and Mongolian beef. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the steamed shrimp dumplings, they can just use a little more flavor. Service sometimes takes a while but it's only because they are so busy and seem to have a small kitchen, the food is well worth any wait time in my opinion. read more

Each table has a tablet so you can go through the menu at your leisure and place your order through their system when you are ready. The restaurant is casual and had plenty of indoor seating. Noodle Thyme is consistently good every single time! We love to stop in and order the steamed bao pork buns. They are fluffy and flavorful. Full of delicious pork meat and brought out fresh in a steamed basket. The garlic wontons are also a favorite of ours. The sauce is so delicious and adds a great flavor to other dishes as well. I like to add it to the rice and mix it in with the cashew chicken. My husband always orders the cashew chicken. It is packed full of toasted cashews, cabbage, onions, chicken, with a light, flavorful sauce. It is not spicy but packs a flavorful punch that can be accented with siracha sauce or the spicy garlic sauce from the wontons. Usually we order the two dim sum and one entree and that is plenty for two people to share. The service is also always fast and friendly here. The General Tso's Chicken was delicious, it was prepared just the way I like it. Crispy chicken in a spicy sauce with the fried bird chili's. The spring rolls were good, however, having them delivered made them a bit soggy. Probably better to eat these at the restaurant. The wontons and garlic sauce were delicious. I have not had them before but they had great garlic flavor. This is a spicy dish. Portion size is very appropriate for the price. I have some leftovers to eat for lunch today. Loved the good food and service. The wontons in garlic sauce will bring me back over and over again, seriously drool worthy. We added the garlic sauce from the wontons dish to the chicken fried rice and it was amazing. The generals tsos chicken was very good. The Dan Dan noodles were just okay. They had good flavor but I would have likely them more with added veggies, so that was just a personal preference.
