Livy area nice and clean. Open seating. Party of 9 adults 2 babys. Food didn't come out at the same time, all pretty far apart. Took a little long to get meals, Average presentation. Meal rating 6-7. Waitress was nice and talkative. Ordered a sugar free Red Bull, seemed flat. Nice verity of menu.

Not a ton of dog friendly or heathy food options in the tri cities but this place is BOTH!!! I got the apple salad with shrimp, $18 and it was good. Nothing mind bending but well executed. It's got a large local following. Check it out.

love this place! my coworkers and I love ordering our lunch here and it's always made fresh. the eat like andy salad is my favorite!! the only thing I don't like is the piece of toast served with the salad. almost every time the bread is either stale or rock solid. besides that everything was delicious! I will always get a side of sweet potato fries with my order, it's a must!!

Not a lot or breakfast options in Kennewick and I have noticed they are pretty empty when I go! Came by for breakfast with low expectations and I was pleasantly surprised! Walked in to a warm and friendly greeting and was told I could sit anywhere. Gave the Chorizo Benedict a try and it was delicious! Homemade biscuit was perfect, thin slice of chorizo sausage, and perfectly poached egg. They even had good hollandaise sauce! I will be back next time I am in the area!

First time at this bistro, went during lunch time, overall decent experience, place was clean and cozy, service was pretty outstanding with a very friendly waiter, delicious orange juice. Chicken Alfredo was good, on the other hand the meatball sub was pretty soggy due to sauce and pretty difficult to eat without getting messy.

Right when you walk in you're thrown into the most homely and customer service restaurant I've probably ever been to. You seat yourself and I love there are so many booths. Grabbed a booth and I noticed all the people already in the restaurant and people coming in probably had a median age of around 70. This tells me they've been around a long time and have great food and customer service. They definitely had booth. Only thing missing from it being five star is that I got the benedict and neither yolks were runny at all. But, I'm sure I'll be back and if that changes. Then 5 star we will go.

This cute diner has a great atmosphere. Staff is friendly and attentive. We went for brunch and the food was good. We look forward to trying more items from their menu.

Still one of my favorites restaurants has a good Location and got 5 stars for good for good service to the community I recommend

2/5 stars. Both people who ordered the chicken fried steak said it was a pass.

Always seems a tad darker than necessary, rather dated and overdue for a renovation. The Richland locations have a warmer vibe. The music playing didn't earn any kudos for a couple reasons. First, it was just at the edge of loud enough to be distracting. Second, the playlist seemed more appropriate for a much younger audience than the overwhelming majority of the clientele in the house at the time. Ambience, all in? - 3 stars. The food? She had the one-trip salad bar and said it was pretty good but nothing especially noteworthy. She said - 4 stars. Mine, meh, predictable, ok, but unremarkable bordering on forgettable. Some things were a tad salt heavy, others were seemingly unseasoned altogether. Mine - 3 stars. I opted for a baked potato. It came out seemingly over-baked because the flesh had to be carved away from the inside of the skin. It wasn't that carb-lovers baked spud, which was disappointing. When I told the manager of the great service we had received, he said he was glad to hear that. Then, I mentioned the potato and how it had come out, but instead of any acceptance, he got defensive about how "that's the way we make them here" or something to that effect, and basically dismissed my comment. Attitude? Yeah, not so much. - 2.5 stars. All in, we both felt like we should have driven the extra 15 minutes and gone to either Richland location. My bad. That's on me. - ZERO stars for my poor decision. Lesson learned. - All in - a 3 star average.

The squash with it is fresh! I loved the creamy texture of the risotto. I haven't had halibut in many years! I loved the 3 dips with the house-made potato crisps. My favorite dip was the smoked steelhead. The crisps are very crunchy! Baked Feta Cheese w/ Honey Drizzle: The scone like pastries are really good! Super fluffy texture. Add the feta on top then an olive on the cheese, and take a bite! The warm pastry with the creamy sweet honey feta cheese and savory olive blends so well together. It's an amazing sharable appetizer and I highly recommend it. Apple Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream: The rich flavors of the pie are delicious! The apples are cooked perfectly and not too crunchy or mushy. The cinnamon isn't over powering the whole pie, but enough to know that it's there. My friend loves apple pie and rated it a 10 out of 10! The vanilla ice cream tasted good, but if you have ice cream outside on the patio be sure to eat it before it melts. It was 98 degrees. The hostess at the front when I walked in is so welcoming! The food was served at a good pace. Definitely a place worth visiting.

A Mixed Bag with Room for Improvement (2.5/5)…read more We visited Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar for lunch and left with mixed feelings. While a couple of items stood out for decent flavor, the overall experience, especially the service and value, didn't quite meet expectations for a mid-range bistro. What We Ordered: 1. Fried Calamari - Lightly crispy and seasoned well enough, but the portion was small for the ~$20 price tag. The artichokes and pickled onions on the side were a nice touch and helped round out the dish. 2. Avocado Toast - Served as four half-slices of toast with a thin spread of avocado--decent, but underwhelming. The scrambled eggs were passable but felt commercial. The arugula salad on the side was overdressed and heavy on cheese, likely gorgonzola. 3. Steak Salad - The steak cubes were overcooked and arrived cold, which was the biggest disappointment. Though the salad greens were fresh and plentiful, the dish was heavy on cashews, and the cheese flavor was intense. 4. Breakfast Burrito with Fries - I didn't try this personally, but our friend said it was not memorable. The fries looked average--crispy but nothing special. ‍ Service: Service was polite but lacked attentiveness. After being seated, we waited about 10-15 minutes to receive a drink order. Only two glasses were brought out for three people, and when our appetizer arrived, no utensils were provided. We had to request basics that should have been automatically offered. We did appreciate the server accommodating our request to change tables for better sun however. Ambience: The interior had a retro-upscale family restaurant vibe--maybe reminiscent of a 1990s aesthetic. Some might find the design nostalgic, though it felt a little dated to us. The lighting fixtures were interesting and varied in design, which added a little flair. Pricing falls into the $30-40 range per person with an appetizer, so expectations were naturally higher. Final Thoughts: Twigs Bistro has potential, but inconsistencies in food quality, small portions for the price, and inattentive service made the visit less than ideal. While we enjoyed some elements like the calamari and fresh greens, it's not a place we'd prioritize returning to--especially given the number of great dining options in the area.
