Overall, smoothies options are average here. Anything else, in my opinion - Avoid. I keep coming here since this is closest smoothie place that opens later than others. Smoothies: I usually never buy anything here besides smoothies, and rightfully so (see next section). Island Green is my go-to as a treat. I've tried the Health Nut, Mango Magic, Orange Ginger Glow, and Sunrise Sunset. Smoothies run on the sweet side. Food: Pass. My partner keeps trying the food when he picks up smoothies (mainly out of convenience since he's already there and I made the same mistake today). Today, is the last smoothie straw, I will stick to smoothies only and skip the food. We have tried the quesadillas, flatbreads, and wraps. Why "no" to the food? -Sad portions. Skimps on every single ingredient for the salad. Wraps were okay two out four times, and quesadillas are small with not enough cheese overall. -The price for the portion (I understand inflation but the portion was like a kid's meal - $8.79 salad, not including tax) -Hit or miss on order accuracy (today's order is the only one I documented the mistake before I forgot. Properly the worst service I have ever got. My husband and I went in here for two smoothies and he got a buffalo chicken wrap. He ordered his food and smoothie then I ordered my smoothie. As we where ordering we could hardly hear her she seemed off and super quite. As she was making his wrap she had gloves on and picked her nose and then continued to make his food. The young man was much better he knew what he was doing that was making the smoothies. Unfortunately we only got one smoothie. As soon as we walked in, a blonde guy behind the counter came up and rudely said, "I am NOT doing food right now," with zero explanation or customer service. No greeting, no apology, just attitude. Used to go here sporadically, but since June they've upped their game and now my kids and I crave it weekly. Service is fast, food is yummy (I really like their salsa). I just wish they didn't use styrofoam cups. Update: Bummer. This is my third time in a week here and I ordered a Santa Fe quesadilla while my son ordered a 3 cheese chicken. They accidentally made us a plain cheese and a chicken. They refused to make me a Santa Fe, stating I'd ordered a 3 cheese chicken and they were already remaking my son's. She even showed me the receipt (okay, so you entered the order wrong, thanks for the proof?) and asked if I wanted to take a menu "for the future" - like, for what? To study so I don't make ordering mistakes in the future? I'm good. I am not "Karen-y," but nothing makes me more irritated than this kind of customer "service". The smoothies here are usually pretty good. I used to crave their food and go often, but won't be going back. My visit today was during a busy lunch hour so the wait was expectedly a bit long - no biggie. While waiting with my 5 year old, I watched a customer hand a rotten apple back to one of the employees and swap it out for a different side. I took notice because it was gross looking, even from across the room. Our to-go order was ready next and I picked it up, said thank you, and left. We arrived home to find this same rotten apple in our to-go order and our quesadilla was undercooked and drippy with sauce (salsa?) that usually isn't in there ... it was soggy. For $15 after tip, I'm disappointed. My kid wouldn't eat the "gross" quesadilla and I wouldn't have him eat the apple either. So essentially we paid $15 for a smoothie. This is a newer location in the Arvada area. We've been to the one near IKEA but came across this while we were out and wanted to try it. We ordered two smoothies and a sandwich. The smoothies were made perfectly and were very delicious! My boyfriend said that his sandwich was hot and fresh and is one of the better Cuban sandwiches he's had. I wanted to like this place SO bad but on my first visit let me just say the service was horrible. 6 people working, zero people in line- Any guesses how long it took someone to even GREET me? Come on guys, if you can't get to the register fine but at least nicely say HI WE WILL BE WITH YOU IN A MINUTE! Lacked basic customer service. My best friend has never been to this cafe and she has been waiting for me to be in town to try it. I am visiting from Charlotte, NC. We have these cafes out there and I LOVE them. I decided to try a new shake and I went with the Kiwi Quencher. My bestie ordered the Peanut Butter Cup. She LOVED it. We also ordered a kids Jetty Junior. All drinks were a HUGE hit. I really like this place... The staff is friendly and the smoothies are good. However, I got a smoothie today and have found multiple pieces of plastic wrapping blended into it. I'm assuming it's some sort of packaging that was accidentally left on one of the ingredients. Hopefully it isn't toxic. For a $6, I'd expect a little more attention to detail. read more

First time here and already love it. The smoothie I had was the Chia Banana Boost and seriously tasted like heaven. It was such a good way to end the day. It tastes like candy but as you can see in my menu picture with the description it is loaded with healthy stuff. The food smelled amazing and sounds great so I will be coming back to try more foods out and take pictures. The place is in a pretty good location. Lots of parking and seating. Better hope they don't mess up your order because they will not refund you your money and will get upset at you for calling about your missing item and will not care to make it right! Instead will tell you, you aren't being very helpful and speak down on you. This was my favorite smoothie spot and came very frequently but after today I will just find me another smoothie spot that actually understands what customer service is! This is my second time coming to this location with my sister. I love their Peanut Butter Cup (chocolate, peanut butter and banana) smoothie and the first time I ever ordered it, it was perfect. So I decided to go ahead and order the same this trip. Taste wise- it's great, but I noticed when they were pouring my smoothie he was having difficulty getting it out of the blender. When I took a sip I could see why- majority of it wasn't blended up. Big chunks of ice and chunks of banana large enough I can't drink it through my straw, both end up obstructing the straw. The first time I ordered this smoothie it was crazy smooth and had no issues at all. When we first approached we couldn't even tell if the store was open. On the bright side it looked like they were cleaning the shop but with the open sign turned off it looked like they were closed. The sign on the door says masks required but there were at least two employees not wearing one. We inquired about this and Rubi said "they don't really care." I mentioned I had an allergy to banana's, she made sure my drink was made in a clean blender. I ordered the Bahama Mama and loved it! I went back a week later, Vivan happened to be working, she remembered me and again made sure my drink was not contaminated with bananas. I've been to a different location before and was really impressed with their veggie wrap. The service and quality of the wrap at this location is subpar. I sat in the restaurant for 15 minutes before the guy making the food even started.. he was in the back doing other stuff. No sense of urgency whatsoever. The 2 girls making smoothies had A+ service and were getting people who only ordered smoothies in and out every quickly. When I finally got my wrap and began to eat it, I was pretty disappointed in the quality. It was barely full and lazily slapped together. I was there on a Thursday night around 7pm.
