Great Service! Portions are a good size and taste great. Definitely a vibe inside the clubhouse. Excited to try more dishes from Bamo's!

Service was great, ambience fun (live band). But let's be honest that's not why you are here, you…read moreare here for the food. And the food is phenomenal. Real authentic Hawaiian bbq good enough to slap your momma. Run, don't walk to the register to order the sinfully delicious garlic shrimp. Let me say that again, if you want an "eyes rolling in the back of your head" moment this is your protein choice. But she's not the only dish to surely satisfy the needs of your tastebuds. Garlic chicken, perfect. It's fried to crispy perfection then covered in garlic sauce done right. Chicken Katsu, amazing (although what chicken Katsu isn't?!?). If you go on a Friday you can't go wrong with the beef short ribs an absolute stud of a protein/meat choice. Yum freaking yum. Let us not forget the sides, the supporting characters that can make the difference between a good show and an epic one. Their Mac salad contains imitation crab giving it that extra something and pushing it above those "other guys". Rice is rice, good job. For the more adventurous than the typical Utahn palette try that cucumber cup, spicy? Yes. Crunchy? Yes. Good? Yes.

Really disappointed in the food. We liked the garlic chicken best, but the more we ate of…read moreeverything the worse it tasted. I wasn't a fan of the teri sauce and the beef and katsu chicken were served cold. The mac and cheese had a chunky texture that i wasn't a fan of. Service was good for one employee working, but he wasn't the friendliest to us... a guy who came in after us must have been a friend because he wasn't very attentive to him asking if he needs anything else frequently. It was clean inside and the world cup was playing which was nice. I usually prefer the local spots, but wouldn't recommend this one. If you're craving good Hawaiian Mo Bettahs is the way to go.

The service started slow because it was just the owner working but we waited. He was super nice but sweating, working alone and trying to do everything all at once. After I ordered, and waited 15 min to pay while the food was finally cooking, the help showed up. Recommend the Keiki bowl for adults and kids, ANY of the Hawaiian sodas and pretty much all the meats we had. I DO NOT recommend the crazy sweet Hawaiian Lemonade - especially for $4 - go with the can for $2.50. Also, they were out of their only dessert (malasadas).... bummed my 7 yr. old. As I was leaving, karaoke came out, the doors were propped open and whole mood of the place changed. Family still has a sour note but I'd go again.

We were supposed to go to Mollys down the street but it was closed so I figured it was a good time to stop in since it's next door. All the tables were full so I took that as a good sign. Two of us got the daily special which was pork ribs that came with two sides and a drink. My coworker got his first and the very nice lady preparing our food just KEPT ON adding meat to the plate. Like so many ribs. I got rice and Mac salad with mine and I kinda wished I had gotten the noodles instead of the rice, they looked really good on my coworkers plate. It was pricey BUT I definitely only ate half my plate so it's basically two meals. Best Mac salad I've had, so creamy and peppery. And the ribs... you guys. Go on Thursday and get the daily special. They were crazy. Vibes were so good, the lady helping us was so nice. We have been weekly Mollys goers but I think this will be a frequent addition into our rotation. Everything looks very tasty, and I saw that Garlic Shrimp was the Friday special I did hear though that once they sell out they are out for the day. Obviously not an issue when we went a half hour after they opened - but the crowd was building the closer to noon we got.

The lady who I assume is the owner was extremely kind and gave us recommendations and samples and the food was fresh and delicious. I got the barbecue teriyaki chicken big plate which is the most popular along with the rainbow Hawaiian drink which is a mix of mango, coconut, and watermelon. The vibe of the restaurant was also very Hawaiian and nice. I would definitely go back and recommend this place.
