More than any other boutique, Boem seems to have the most variety of big, bold necklaces...exotic tribal styles, statement pieces, etc.etc. You're sure to find something cute (in apparel or accessories) during your excursion here. I found some of their clothing way overpriced...a ballpark of $200 for some of their tops (even T-Shirts!), for instance. Jewelry isn't cheap either, but relatively cheaper? This is a fairly big store, with a long layout, but they have SO much stuff, it's a bit packed in...and hard to manueuver around, but only if the store is fairly crowded. They do have HUGE, private, walk-in closets though (only 3?)...so plenty of privacy. One other thing I didn't like was that on my last visit, they were playing Country-Western music...which I didn't think fit the look and style of the store at all (unless maybe it's moving in that direction?). Before that, they always played cool, more metro type music. So guess I don't love EVERYTHING about this boutique...but no matter, this is a fun, eclectic boutique...with lots of relaxed, Bohemian styles (very Californian?), which I tend to wear often. I came 30 minutes before closing and to pick up an item that I put on hold. And thought I was finished but the ladies at the counter encouraged me to stay a while and see the new sales and everything that was in stock. I had plenty of time left to try on outfits and I purchased three of their pants in different colors. They had multiple items with various colors and I love the comfort styles that were available as well. Everything was displayed perfectly and caught my eye. Just wish I had even more time to stay and find great selections at the best prices for this economy that we're in. Very good selections great quality I love life stores they always have my style. Reclectic in Pineville, NC is a huge after market store that appears to be dedicated specifically…read moreto women's clothing. The layout organizes garments first by color and then mostly by size. Depending on how you like to shop, this is either a plus or a minus. Personally, I'd prefer everything sorted primarily by size, though I can see the appeal of the color-block approach. I say "mostly" by size because, despite having size dividers, items still felt randomly scattered across the racks in a lot of cases. You can definitely stumble across some good finds here, but it's by no means a cheap shopping experience overall. Most of the discounted items fall into the $40-$50 range--though to be fair, the original MSRPs on a lot of these pieces were pretty ludicrous to start with. The biggest drawback, in my opinion, is the complete lack of any fitting rooms. Given the price point of the clothing and their strict no-return policy, this is a major hassle. If you plan to shop here, make sure you dress appropriately in advance so you can try items on over top of what you're wearing. Overall, you can probably find some great stuff, but you have to be prepared for the experience.

Although they have a mix of new, used (they have a clothing rental business as well) and returned goods everything is mixed together and sizes can be muddled. If you see a sku on the tag these are items that were part of their rental business and are past prime so in essence it's a high end thrift item they are selling to the public. Everything is between $20-100 with most items falling for me around $50. I usually land out spending around $450 and walk away with a bag load of free people items.

I visited the DXL Store in Pineville this Afternoon, 1 September 2025; - Labor Day - I'm a disaster when it comes to fashion, honestly - with this divorce, I don't think I have anything to wear. I needed some essentials, and I needed them quickly. I'm challenging to shop for. I want to personally thank the Assistant Store Manager, Ms. Paige Logan, for being so polite, helpful, and accommodating. Thank you for being so enthusiastic and having a great attitude. I was able to leave with a great belt and an amazing button-down shirt that I know will get some attention. I plan to come back after this upcoming event, which I was shopping for, and spend some time putting together a small wardrobe of essentials. Once again, I appreciate Ms. Logan's help and guidance today. Paige, you made what could have been a very unpleasant experience for me that much easier. One last comment, price was right!

In the past the customer service was lacking here (basic acknowledgment when walking in with a hello or offer to help and the dressing room attendant hasn't been too friendly). However, I stopped in here the other day and was immediately greeted with a smile and offer to help. The vibe was welcoming, friendly and warm. The cashier was also very kind and helpful. They have a good selection of clothes and deal of shorts and jeans. I will keep stopping in here, especially with the new and friendly staff.
