I was in workout clothes and my hair was in a bun, so I wondered if they had judged me for that then remembered how ridiculous it would be for them to dismiss me because of that. For the record, I happen to have worked retail for years and know from experience that you never know which customer is going to drop some serious dough. I think the first thing that struck me was that the deals here were better (read cheaper!!) than the Collierville Torrid store, as this store had an amazing buy one, get one free for clearance items whereas as Collierville store had buy one, get one 50% for clearance rack items. So with that kind of a discount, not only did my friend purchase 4 dresses for the price of 2, I ended up making out like a bandit too and purchased some clothes I had previously been on the fence about - but when its a BOGOF offer, that's an easy decision to make! Both our bills were right around the $100 mark (hey Torrid isn't cheap!!) but at $25 for 4 dresses, we both felt we got a great bargain! Also, just like at the Collierville store, the staff here were also so sweet and lovely!!
